PLEASE NOTE: If booking the "Early Bird Pre-Payment Special" the full quoted tariff will be taken as a deposit not the $200 as stated. A Deposit of $500 is applicable during peak season times

**Please Note that the Reception closes at 5pm Weekdays and Noon Weekends and public holidays. If you are checking in outside these hours you need to contact office to arrange final payment and instructions on how to access your key.

Once final payment you will have access to collect your key from the electronic safe located at front of office - Combination is 661A. The full tariff will be charged if guest does not arrive for dates booked.

Guests, who reduce length of stay once in house, will not receive a refund on nights booked & paid unless the apartment is rebooked for the same period at the same rate. Guests who reduce the number of bedrooms, once checked in, will not receive a refund or reduction in the tariff. Agreement and acceptance of this cancellation policy is assumed unless we receive notice in writing from you within 2 days of the date of your confirmation. Travel Insurance We highly recommend all our guests to have an appropriate level of travel insurance. Travel insurance can be arranged by many travel agents.
