Before a booking reservation can be confirmed we request a deposit of $200, except for bookings between 21 December 2012 and 2 January 2013 when a deposit of $500 is required, which can be paid by credit card, cheque or EFT.

The balance of the account must be paid prior to or on the day of check-in.

No keys will be issued until the accommodation cost is paid in full.

Cancellation policy:
More than 14 days prior to check in - deposit refunded less an administration fee of $40.

Less than 14 days prior to check in - no refund.

No deposit refund in high season unless the apartment is re-let for the full period of the cancellation.

No Shows - full tariff is charged. Guests who reduce length of stay once in house will not receive a refund for the nights booked & paid for
