Situated at Maroochydore beach, just a short stroll from patrolled surf beaches and Cotton Tree village as well as in the centre of the busy Maroochydore and Alexandra Headland town centres.

All our apartments face the same direction so you can take advantage of the glorious pool and sweeping ocean views from the covered balconies on all units (the "pool view" unit has a glimpse of the ocean through the trees too). Please note our units are not all airconditioned however we have refreshing sea breezes included at no extra cost!

Our neat clean and tidy apartments are ideal for families and couples alike. Affordable accommodation in the heart of Maroochydore - many of our guests comment that they barely used their car during their stay - preferring to walk to the beach and the many cafes, restaurants, surf clubs in the area. Each unit is fully furnished, has a full kitchen, washer & drier, & Foxtel. Two lifts and two stairwells service the 10 story building. The pool is heated and there are 3 covered barbecues.

We know Maroochydore because we’ve been here for decades. Maroochy Sands was the first high rise in the area and we’ve been hosting families on holidays for generations.

If cancelled 0 - 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited / If cancelled 8 or more days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

The booking service fee is non-refundable.
