Guests can relax around m1's heated outdoor pool and BBQ area or work up a sweat in the gymnasium or games room.  There are also kilometres of bike and running tracks along the ocean foreshore.

Deposits / Payments

Low Season: A $200 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation.  The balance is due 7 days before arrival.  If your reservation is made within 7 days of arrival the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.

Mid Season: A $200 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation.  The balance is due 14 days before arrival.  If your reservation is made within 14 days of arrival the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.

High Season & Special Events: A $400 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation.  The balance is due 28 days before arrival.  If your reservation is made within 28 days of arrival the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Low Season: If a booking is cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $35 administration fee. If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the total booking amount will be forfeited.

Mid Season: If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $35 administration fee. If a booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the total booking amount will be forfeited.

High Season & Special Events: If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less a $35 administration fee. If a booking is cancelled within 28 days of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the total booking amount will be forfeited.

Seasons

Mid-season periods are generally during Australian school holidays, including those of States other than Queensland.

High-season periods are generally from the Thursday before Good Friday to Easter Monday and from the Friday prior to Christmas Day until the 2nd Saturday after New Year’s Day.

These dates are however subject to change.

Notes

The above Deposit / Payment and Cancellation Policies do not apply for discounted 'Advanced Purchase' rate bookings. Advanced Purchase rate bookings are non-refundable, fully pre-paid with no cancellation or changes permitted.

The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, processing the refund and meeting bank charges.
