This property is available for holiday rental all year round. Book early for peak periods to secure your holiday at this beautiful town house with river views. It really is a fantastic location!
Close to the beaches of Maroochydore, Alexandra Headland and Mooloolaba with its ever popular cafe strip.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
2 Queen size beds and two single beds. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Electric oven and cook top and a dishwasher ready to take care of the cleaning.
Flat screen TV in lounge and also in main bedroom.
Air conditioned lounge and ceiling fans throughout.
Outside there is a small garden with gated entry , room enough to store a tinny or canoes
Single garage which houses a washing machine and dryer.

YOUR PET IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT BUT PLEASE KEEP ANIMALS OFF THE THE FURNITURE , WE DO PROVIDE A DOG BED FOR YOUR PET TO USE BUT PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DOGGIE BLANKETS

The Sunshine Coast region
Maroochydore is at the heart of the Sunshine Coast. It is known for its beautiful beaches, river precinct, shopping, entertainment and recreational facilities. A long walking track runs from Sunshine Plaza to Cotton Tree and through Alexandra Headland, up to Mooloolaba, and is always busy with people enjoying a stroll, jog or cycle .
Sunshine Plaza is the Sunshine Coast's largest shopping mall, and has a large cinema comlex, a huge Timezone fashion boutiques, department stores and food courts. Maroochydore and surrounds also offer nightlife with trendy bars and the various Surf Lifesaving Clubs always full of life.
Maroochydore is about 100 kilometres north of Brisbane .

"Best stay on the coast" My family and I loved this place and will be back for more fun its so convenient to shops, restaurants, pubs, taverns and everything else you need especially the beach for the kids for swimming and fishing and just playing in the sand best of all ya pet will love it to. Its clean tidy and in the best place we have found on the coast for years its well lite for security and peace of mind and there is nothing like a moon lite night walk along the river ok so there is the odd cocky but there're ever where as the mozzie but the good out weights the bad way to much to worry about and we'll be back for more holidays as its the perfect place and the owners Dawn & Dave are just the best so helpful and so pleasant to talk and deal with.

"A Great Place To Stay" Bayz on the River is well setup with anything that you need for a great stay. The biscuits, & lollies for the adults and the dog biscuits are just great. Thank you a great stay at Bayz.
