If not utilised to settle your account on your departure, this pre-authorisation will be released by your financial institution 4-10 Working Days after your check out date. Alternatively, payments can be made using CASH or EFTPOS should a credit card be unavailable. Should this method be chosen, then the Full Accommodation Amount PLUS a $200.00 Cash Bond must be paid on arrival. Valid Photo Identification may also be requested. The Cash Bond will then be fully refunded on your departure (subject to incidental charges) providing the suite is left in a satisfactory condition on departure. The use of any cooking devices, including toasters is prohibited as is smoking in any of the rooms.  If the fire/smoke alarms are triggered in you room by any of these items there will be a charge of $2000 each time. I agree that my liability for this account is not waived, and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay any part of the full amount of the charges including any theft or damage to the unit and/or its contents.
