If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If the apartment is re-let for the cancelled period then a refund may be made back to the guest.

Please note that the balance of accommodation maybe charged to your nominated credit card within 7 days of arrival date.

Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.
