Azzura Greens Resort is located on Hope Island Rd next to the famous Hope Links Golf Course, 10 minutes drive from Sanctuary Cove Marina, 12 minutes drive to the theme parks, Movie World and Wet & Wild. 20 minutes drive to Harbourtown retails outlet.

• This is a strictly non-smoking complex. There is a smoking area located 20 metres from the reception, next to a palm tree.
• Damages or breakages to any house amenities needs to be reported to reception as soon as possible when discovered or occured. In case of an emergency, security in contactable on 07 553 09071.
• In terms of any repairs or maintenance, please report to reception during trading hours from 7.30am-7pm and our friendly staff will attempt to assist as soon as possible. It may take longer for major repairs especially during public holidays.
• Please always keep children or elderly within sight at all times when using the pool, spa or gym.
• Glass is prohibited at all times around the pool area.
• Scooters or bike riding are phohibitted on the pathways within the resort.
• In case of a fire alarm, you must follow the emergency lights and use fire escape route to evacuate.

Cancellation Policy

A Non Refundable deposit of $200.00 for any cancellation.
Within 14days of the arrival date, loss of 50% of the total accommodation charge.
Within 48 hours of arrival or in the case of a no show Full Fee's Apply.

High Season
A Non Refundable deposit of $200.00 for any cancellation.
With less than 7 days notice Full Fee's apply

Payment Policy:

At the time of booking a Non-Refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to secure your reservation with payment in full required two weeks prior to the arrival date.

All guests are required to provide a credit card pre authorization of $200.00 on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. Where a credit card is not available a cash deposit of $250.00 will be required. Please note the pre authorization will hold these funds for up to 7 working days and will be released automatically.

Reception Hours:

• Monday to Saturday 8am - 6pm
• Sunday & Public Holidays 8am - 3pm

We wish to take this opportunity to welcome you to AZZURA GREENS RESORT.  In order to make your stay more enjoyable, we take pleasure in providing you with the following services:

Azzura Greens comprises of three buildings. The first number of your apartment number is indicative of your building. The second number of your apartment number is indicative of the level the apartment is located on. Resort reception, gym and steam room are all located in building one. You will need to use your swipe to gain access to all amenities, the car park and your level.

Facilities

The facilities close at 22:00pm sharp. The pool is on an automatic locking system and will lock itself at this time. We also ask that you respect other guests by limiting the amount of noise made after 21:00pm.

Non-smoking

As we promote a pleasant environment for all guests, there is a “No Smoking” policy which applies throughout the entire property. Smoking is permitted outside of reception doors at the designated smoking area. We thank you for your co-operation.

Parking

Please ensure you park in your allocated car park only. This will be the same as your apartment number. Due to the secure nature of the resort, you will need to scan your swipe to enter AND exit the car park. Please also note the car park is ONE WAY ONLY.

Housekeeping

All guests are required to dispose of rubbish and clean dishes on departure. Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 additional housekeeping fee. Rubbish chutes are located on either end of each level. Recycling stations are situated in the basement behind building 1 lifts and at the side of building 2 lifts.

Check out

Time is 10:00am.  Should you need to check out before Reception opens at 7:30am, kindly contact us the night before your departure to find out our procedures on where to leave the keys, and payment of any charges on your account.

SECURITY

In case of emergency you can press panic buttons that are connected to security. For any noise complaints through the night you can use the night service calling 9 from your phone or call Hope Island Security on 5530 9971.

SMOKE ALARM

In each apartment are installed with smoke detectors. Should the internal smoke alarm activate  within your unit, please ensure that you open the balcony doors and windows, DO NOT OPEN YOUR FRONT DOOR to the corridor; this would result in the entire resort fire alarm going off which is linked directly to QLD Fire & Rescue.  The Fire & Rescue will automatically respond and we cannot cancel the call-out, if it is a false alarm a fee of $1,500.00 will be charged by the Qld Fire & Rescue Authority to attend site of which the Guest will be responsible for paying.

FIRE STAIRWELLS

Fire escapes/ doors can only be used in the case of a fire/alarm and should not be entered for easy access to the levels. Should you enter the fire stairs you run the risk of being locked inside and you will need to then exit by following the fire escape route out and away from the building.
