At Central Brunswick Apartment Hotel we offer 1 bedroom apartments of either a 4 star or 3.5 star quality or 3.5 star studio apartments. Our 1 bedroom apartments are either a loft style with an upstairs mezzanine bedroom or your conventional one bedroom layout with the lounge/dining separated from the bedroom. Our studio apartments are spacious and offer our guests all the conveniences needed when staying with us for only a short period of time.

A photocopy of your driver’s licence, passport or 18+ card will be taken on check in, a valid credit card for the pre-authorisation of $100.00 will be required upon your arrival. A credit card pre-authorisation of $100.00 will be taken and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges, smoking in apartments, etcetera.

Noise: 
The Hotel respectfully requests for the courtesy of all guests that there be no excessive noise. Any guest or group member causing a disturbance, malicious or wilful damage or being a public nuisance, the individual and or the entire group will be asked to leave the Hotel with no refund offering. We have a strict No Party Policy.
