No smoking allowed on the property.  In the event evidence of smoking is found additional charges will be applied and charged to the credit card supplied on arrival.  These charges would include additional cleaning fees, drycleaning, carpet and uphosltery cleaning fees, and loss of rental fees.

The roof top recreational area is strictly for the use and enjoyment of Alex Perry Hotel & Apartments registered guests.

The hotel has a strict no party policy.

Standard Reservations: Balance is paid in full on arrival. Standard check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am.  

Advance Purchase Promotion Rates are strictly non refundable.  Payment for reservations booked on Advance Purchase Offers will be processed at the time of reservation.

Reservation dates can be altered, subject to availability without penalty outside 24 hours to 2pm local hotel time, the day prior to arrival. Accommodation rates will be adjusted accordingly to those offered at the time of amendment.

All guests are required to provide Government issued Photo Identification and a Credit Card Pre-Authorisation of $200AUD  on arrival.  The credit card provided must be the same name as both the reservation and identification provided.

All credit card payments attract a surcharge 1.65% surcharge.

Cash bonds are not accepted at this property.

Alex Perry Hotel & Apartments is a strict non smoking property.  The hotel has a strict No-Party Policy.

Property Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is 24 hours.

Standard reservations: Cancellations received after 2pm local hotel time the day prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal in value to the amount of the 1st night accommodation charge.

Advance Purchase Reservations: Non-Refundable reservation type. Full payment is processed at the time of reservation. No cancellations or refunds are accepted on these reservations.

Promotional Offers: No Cancellations. All cancellations incur a fee equal in value to the first nights charge.

“A perfect haven”I have stayed in many five star hotels across the world, but I have never slept in a more comfortable bed! I so adored the comfort of the mattress that I am hoping the hotel can tell me where to buy the same one. The linen, pillows and towels were also of exceptional quality and comfort. Important luxuries when away from home! Very much appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a full fridge. When we unpacked our bags we appreciated having so much storage space and ample wardrobe space for two people. Staff were exceptional and responded to our many requests promptly. We loved staying in our well situated and tranquil apartment with no sounds of traffic despite being in a busy area close to everything we required. The cleanliness and layout of the room was also pleasing. We shall return.
