At Treetops Montville, all our accommodation is individual, standalone, self-contained and designed to snuggle into its immediate environment. No two Treehouses or cabins are the same.

Indulgence options

All of our accommodation is just a short walk or drive to local restaurants, while Montville Cafe Bar Grill’s courtesy vehicle is available for pick-up seven nights a week. Guests can also order an in-room massage, as well as pre-ordering fresh cheese and fruit platters.

Carparking is provided in front of each cabin for guests staying with us. There is no charge for car parking. There is room at each cabin for more than one car-maximum of 2 cars at most cabins. There is no charge for additional cars.

Things To Do

Montville township has many gift shops to explore and also has many cafes and restaurants. Taking a stroll through the township is a lovely way to spend a day in Montville. Our rainforest cabins and reception area is within walking distance to the Kondalilla Falls National Park which has beautiful rock pools and waterfalls for swimming and the National Park is perfect for a relaxing walk amongst the rainforest. Flaxton Gardens and Flamehill Vineyard are within 10 minutes from us for wine tasting tours. Take a trip to the Eumundi Markets-Queensland's largest markets. Only 35-45 minutes drive. Have a picnic at Baroon Pocket Dam which is 10 minutes drive from Treetops. Visit the Maleny Cheese Factory for cheese and wine tasting-only 15 minutes drive away. Treetops is only 25 minutes to the famous Australia Zoo. We are 25-30 minutes to Sunshine Coast Beaches and Mooloolaba and 45 minutes to Noosa.

Travel Directions

From Brisbane Head North up the Bruce Highway and take the Steve Irwin Way Tourist Drive Exit (Australia Zoo Exit). Follow Steve Irwin Way for approx 15.3km. Turn left at Landsborough and follow the Blackall Range Tourist Drive towards Maleny for approximately 10km. Turn right at Maleny - Montvlle Road and travel 18km through Montville. Turn left into Kondalilla Falls Road. Turn right into Cynthia Hunt Drive. The office and car park is located at 4 Cynthia Hunt Drive, FLAXTON.

Check In Instructions

Check in time is from 1pm. Earlier check in times may be arranged with staff prior to arriving. Check in must be completed at reception located on 4 Cynthia Hunt Drive which is off Kondalilla Falls Rd (2km out of the Montville township) Any outstanding balance must be paid on arrival. Staff will then personally show you to your cabin and provide more details for your stay.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled 0 - 14 days before arrival, the rate equivalent to 1 nights accommodation will be charged / If cancelled 14 - 14 days before arrival, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged If amended 0 - 14 days before arrival, a $30.00 amendment fee will be charged / If amended 0 - 7 days before arrival, a $50.00 amendment fee will be charged.

Children and Extra Guests Details

Children and Extra Guests are welcome but incur an additional charge as normal rates for each cabin are per couple.

The following charges will apply.

Infants up to 2 years of age are free of charge with no breakfast provided.

2-12 year olds-Midweek/Weekends --$40 per person/per night  with breakfast included.

12 Years & Over  -   Midweek or Weekend $ 50 per person/per night with breakfast included each morning.
