On driving into the beautiful Coolum Waves House. You can picture your family fun holiday unfolding around this stunning solar heated pool. With areas to relax on the sun chair or sit up on the timber deck to watch the children play in the magnificent pool with lots of stepping areas for small children.

Only 10 minutes walk to the pristine Coolum surf beach, Surf Life Saving Club, Restaurants, Cafes, Boutiques and Boardwalk to the lookout at Point Perry. This is the perfect location to experience all that Coolum Beach has to offer with 2 bicycles to appreciate the area even further. This beautifully appointed 4 bedroom beach house has the best of everything fun, relaxing and providing different areas of space for all ages and types in your family.
The main areas are air conditioned and heated as well as the master bedroom. The Master bedroom has a King bed with huge open ensuite bathroom and a jet spa bath. Sooo good for a holiday soak after a great family day at the beach. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have comfortable Queen beds with beautiful linen. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and a trundle bed.
The 5th room is set up with a large TV, playstation and lounge for the children to feel right at home. One more trundle bed is also provided. There is also an enormous rumpus room with a stereo,f uton lounge, pool table, table tennis table, 10 pin bowling and other games. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel modern appliances including a coffee machine. This large kitchen overlooks the enormous dining table with seating for the whole family.Smooth open living to a spacious cosy modern lounge area with huge TV, DVD and FOXTEL with all the channels(movie, sports and more). An internet device is also provided for pay as you go wifi internet. Back covered entertaining is a breeze with another unique large wicker dining area and Weber family BBQ.

We also have an outdoor wicker lounge area to relax and sit around reading the paper or afternoon conversation with the family or friends. The back yard is securely fenced 6 foot high with a grassed area for your loved dogs. Beyond this social area is a gate that opens to a fantastic huge green open parkland for the dogs to run or play a game of cricket. There is an automatic awning to cover and protect your vehicles. No garage is provided.
