Caloundra Beach Townhouse is a Pet friendly, freestanding 3 bedroom home.

400m to Beach, 200m to Restaurants / Shops / Cafes (Our Main St).

Fully fenced with a grassed courtyard area at the front, room to roam around the side and a rear undercover entertainment area with BBQ & outdoor setting, it is an ideal vacation and location for the entire family, including your four legged family member.

The generous open plan living / kitchen area is fully tiled with a comfy lounge suite, 101cm LCD HD T.V and Dvd player.
The living area also has fixed temp air conditioning (24 degrees).

The black granite kitchen is well equipped and lends itself to plenty of little helpers.

The 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
The main bedroom has the warmth of a Timber/rattan Queen Bed with side tables and the comfort of air conditioning and ceiling fan.
The main bedroom also has a LCD T.V/DVD.

The second bedroom has a King Bed that converts to 2 singles with side tables and lamps.
The third bedroom has a Single bed with a Trundle.
Both with Sliding glass doors to the balcony and wall fans.

The bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.
There is also a 2nd toilet downstairs.

The Townhouse presents as light, clean and comfortable with warm neutral tones and timbers.

For families with Bubs, at no extra cost we can supply a highchair on request.

The Townhouse comes with a single remote lock up garage.

Bulcock Beach & Esplanade are 400 metres, with Waterfront Restaurants, Cafes, ice cream parlour,  Fish n Chips and a Great coffee / internet cafe called The Edge.

Along the Bulcock Beach esplanade is BBQ's and Picnic Tables.

Bulcock Beach is a patrolled beach. It has a water passage, which kids and Adults alike travel along with the current.

This is great fun and is within the flags.

There is also a shallow sandbar for the little ones to play.


Happy Valley Beach & Parklands are also a short stroll from the Townhouse.

Happy Valley has a fantastic playground with BBQ's, picnic areas & Espresso Kiosk.

There is plenty of grass for playing sports and plenty of trees for shade.

Relaxing in the Parklands while enjoying an espresso with the paper is a favorite pastime of ours.


Kings Beach and Water Parkland are also close by, an easy stroll along the Boardwalk.

Kings Beach is also patrolled and the Seaside Ocean Pool is free.

Kings Beach has beachside Cafes, Restaurants & our Surf Club.

Caloundra is home to seven of the most stunning beaches on the Sunshine Coast with plenty of Beach options for kids and dogs alike. 


Happy Valley Beach is a short stroll. This is our local Dog Friendly Park and Beach on leash area. 

More Dog Friendly Beaches are only minutes away - by direct route.

2.4 km to Moffat Beach 

- Pet Friendly all day long 

- Off lead before 8am and after 4pm.

2.8km to Dicky / Currimundi Beach 

- Off lead at all times.

Or meandour along our Coastal Walking Paths and discover all the beautiful beaches of Caloundra.

We accept dogs up to 25kg.

This is a relaxing holiday home which will accommodate 6 people in comfort.

Caloundra is a great place for families and couples alike. 

Caloundra averages seven hours of sunshine daily, one of the highest ratings in the world. 

The climate in January is an average of 28 degrees and in July an average of 20 degrees.....We have an abundance of Al-Fresco and Waterfront dining options.

However we do ask that you do not leave your dog unattended for long periods of time as they can become distressed and an annoyance to neighbors.

Caloundra Beach Townhouse Standard Terms and Conditions:

Please read over our terms & conditions prior to requesting a Registration form:

Your Deposit (50% of total booking) and Registration form must be received within 7 days to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

3 months prior – full refund of deposit 

2 months prior – 50% refund of deposit

1 month prior – no refund of deposit.

Balance of Holiday Payment (remaining 50% of total booking) is payable one (1) month prior to occupancy.

A $200 BOND payment is required one (1) month prior to occupancy.


Arrival is strictly 2 pm & Departure 10am, unless by prior arrangement.

The Guests or their visitors shall not create any noise or nuisance which is likely to interfere with other persons in the vicinity. Strictly no parties, weddings or large gatherings.


PETS – Terms and Conditions:

We ask that guests limit their usage to 50Gb per week… consideration of the next guests.

This property does have a cleaning expectation, as no cleaning costs are incorporated into your holiday rental rate.

Upon departure we agree to leave the property in the clean & tidy condition to which it was presented to us.

How it works with Linens:

Linens and Towels are supplied  “at no extra charge”

So we ask that all towels be washed and dried……. or hung on the outside line or internal garage washing line.

We also ask where time permits that the Bed Linens be washed separate from the towels and also hung out.

(Bed covers as such will be laundered by us).

We ask that all unwashed linens be left in the laundry tub.

Any extra cleaning that arises from your stay will incur extra charges.

A $200 Bond is payable and will be refunded within 5 days of departure,

provide the home is left in the clean and tidy condition to which you found it.

Any damages to the property caused during our stay will be repaired or replaced at our cost.

Inclusive of gardens and outdoor furnishings. This clause is also relative to the above bond, but not restricted by it.

The occupancy is restricted to the persons stated on this form.

Full agreement with the above Terms and Conditions is required to proceed with a booking.

"Great pet-friendly family getaway" Simone's townhouse is in a perfect location for short walks to the beach, supermarket and loads of food options. It was a great place for our family including our little pup. Excellent gluten free food options nearby too.

"Summer" We had typical QLD summer weather - heat, humidity, wind that turns sand into sandpaper & electrical storms. We felt safe and secure in the townhouse. The air com was a bonus. There are plenty of enjoyable attractions close by.

After everything was unloaded from the car I relaxed on the lounge and thought "hmm I'd buy this place". After my company arrived they remarked "well we're ready to move in, let's split rent". It's in a great location, Simone was extremely accommodating and hands off. The property is well furnished and well stocked. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks Simone.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our two dogs and one bird. There were so many extra's that weren't expected, such as a well stocked pantry, generous quantity of milk in the fridge, even icy poles in the freezer! The fact that our dogs could come inside was very important to us as this is what they are used to, and they thoroughly enjoyed laying down inside on the cool tiles during the hot days. The doggie door meant they could take themselves outside whenever they needed to, which is the same as they have at home. Having an outdoors hot/cold doggie shower bay was very useful after visiting the beach. Doggie towels and a couple of toys were also provided, which was a nice touch. Airconditioning in the lounge and main bedroom was terrific as we weren't used to the heat (coming from Canberra). It was also great that all the linen and towels were provided for use, instead of having to bring our own. We would highly recommend this property to others, and would stay again in the future.
