No Bucks Parties, No Hen's Parties, No Schoolies, No Parties. All guests to abide by Gold Coast City Councils Noise Regulations and must not be outside creating a disturbance between the hours of 10pm and 8am No groups of singles under 30. Please call me if you have any questions.

"Location, location location!" Fantastic location to Dracula's and Pacific Fair. The house was huge and amazing. Would highly recommend and we will be staying here again!!

The house was amazing. It felt so 'home-like' the moment you stepped inside. Everything was clean and beautiful, the beds were so amazing and the view was beyond spectacular. Definitely planning my next trip here! Wish I could rate 10 stars.

Beautiful place to stay. Can’t fault anything. Easy walk to beach, shops, restaurants. House is sparkling clean and the view from the alfresco area to the city is amazing especially at night.

This house is in prime position; hiring a car was not needed as public transport was so easy & close by to all attractions & local areas. The house was amazing; all six bedrooms looked like they came straight from a magazines. The pool was sparkling & there are gorgeous views from the deck. Kitchen full to the brim with essentials for cooking at home & the lay out of the house is extremely functional for young children. Hosts extremely accommodating & easy to communicate with. When we return to Broadbeach for a holiday this house is on top of our list! 5 stars.
