Description

Evolution Apartments construction was completed in 2008 and the building opened in March of that year. The aim throughout the development process was to offer business and leisure travellers modern and spacious rooms that provide all the convenience of a home away from home.

The rooms comprise of comfortable queen size beds with built-in wardrobes and bed-side tables. The bathrooms offer a clean contemporary feel with modern fittings and smart simple uses of space and light. Each kitchen allows our guests the luxury and cost saving benefit preparing a full cooked meal or a light snack on the run to assist catering for a family or the daily demands of the work-life balance while on the road. This is all complemented by a separate lounge/dining area that opens onto a undercover balcony giving a sense of space to travellers so that they may take a step back and relax. 
Evolution is a strata-titled building so each apartment is furnished either to the individual taste of that units owner or with the furniture package that is offered as the standard set through-out the majority of units in the building. Whilst some differences may be noticed from unit to unit what our guests can be assured of is a commitment to offering the highest comfort and quality in each room.

With only a maximum of six units per floor Evolution Apartments offers guests an unparalleled level of privacy and security. This is in comparison to many hotels that have large floors with many rooms meaning a constant hive of noise and activity from other guests walking past your door.

Upon arrival at Evolution Apartments a Credit Card pre-authorisaton of $200 (This money MUST be available on your card and can be held for 5-7 working days by the bank) will be required and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges that are the above normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, etc. Cash is NOT an acceptable for of bond when staying at Evolution Apartments.
