Housekeeping
Studio Apartments are serviced daily (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
2 Bedroom Apartments are serviced as per your booking.
A $200 bond may be required upon booking to cover any breakages or extra cleaning.

Credit Card Payments
Please note that payment by credit card at Domain Serviced Apartments may incur a transaction fee.

On arrival you will find a welcome letter in your room on your dining table.
With your welcome letter you will also find your security access swipe cards which will be active for the duration of your stay.
Please note that the PIN code provided on check-in will deactivate after your departure and will no longer allow access to the building.

Cancellation Policy
Once guaranteed to a credit card, a cancellation charge will apply for guests who cancel less than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the day of arrival.

Refund Policy
Once a booking is confirmed with payment Domain Serviced Apartments retains the right to determine eligability for refunds on a case-by-case basis.
