Our friendly reception staff are available from 8.00am till 5.00pm Monday - Friday, 9.00am till 3.00pm Saturday and 9.00am till 1.00pm Sunday.

We do have an after hours service to help with any reservation or guest. We are more than happy to assist with booking tours/experiences, information on the local area and attractions or help with any other requests you may have.

If arriving after hours, please call us to be connected with the after hours reception. Advise your name and the operator will direct you to a key safe located opposite the elevator, you will be given a code to enter and your room key will be inside in an envelope with your name on it.
