Admirals deck offers direct river vistas , high vaulted ceilings with river views from all the main rooms in the apartment and an amazing bathroom with bath and rainfall shower area.  Known as the entertainer with its all new expansive kitchen with double  french door fridge , dishwasher and pantry making entertaining with friends a breeze.  The all new sandstone fire place and feature wall makes a romatic winter weekend in Wooli a dazzling option for couples in need of a relaxing break or quality family time.

Booking Rental Agreement Thank you for choosing to stay at Blue River Apartments, I am sure you will have a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. This is our much-loved holiday unit and as such we ask that you please treat it with respect so you and future guests will enjoy staying at Blue River Apartments for many years to come. Our terms and conditions of the rental agreement including credit card bond authority are listed below. This agreement protects both guests and owners in the event of any problems or discrepancies. All payments are to be made in full before occupancy. 2. On confirmation of the booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount payable is required to be paid. The booking is not secured until we have received the 50% deposit. 3. The remaining 50% is to be paid two (2) weeks prior to your stay. 4. One month’s notice is needed for cancellation under our refund policy. If we can re-let those cancelled dates, we can offer a refund or credit for your holiday to be taken at another time. As you can appreciate, we are not a large hotel and can only operate on this letting policy. The booking fee is non-refundable. 5. The property is let to you for the period stated in the booking confirmation above. Extensions are subject to availability & approval. 6. The maximum number of persons that may be accommodated at the property must not exceed Five adults. Excess persons will be required to vacate the property. 7. The visitor may not remove any of the furniture or effects from the property and will be liable for any furniture or effects damaged or missing from the property. Furniture must be returned to its original position. 8. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. unless agreed otherwise. 9. There are to be no parties held at the apartment or any excessively loud music to be played during your stay. Wooli is a peaceful, quiet area and we ask that you respect this and our neighbour’s at all times. The apartment is part of a residential strata building and all body corporate rules and regulations must be complied with at all times. Non-compliance with these regulations may require you to leave the property and forfeit your holiday. 10. Pets are permitted at the premises subject to our terms and conditions. 11. Please use chopping boards on the kitchen benches at all times. 12. Do not place any hot objects directly onto any benches. 13. Please clean the BBQ’s after use. 14. Please conserve water and do not place foreign objects in the toilet as we operate a septic tank system. 15. Four outdoor chairs are provided for use on the decks please re stack these on departing. 16. All garbage is to be put out in the refuse bins located on the main street frontage on departure. 17. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. 18. No responsibility is taken for tenant’s property. 19. This Property is independently managed by the Apartment owners with any property related matters to be referred back to Rod & Cathy Wilson or Ross. 20. Pets are permitted inside but are not permitted to sleep on any furniture and bedding must be provided for them 21. Additional cleaning charges will be levied if all dishes etc. are not cleaned and replaced in their respective places. CREDIT CARD BOND AUTHORITY FORM Please consider this as acknowledgement of your authority to debit up to $500 from your credit card in the event there needs to be a claim – we will contact in the first instance in relation to any claim. This authority will be void (and destroyed) 14 days (or until such date as any issues are finalised) following your departure. Great location within Wooli with the river opposite and beach access a few minutes walk. Large two-sided deck made it a pleasure to be outside.

The location was amazing.

Location and tranquility. River and sea very close. The fact we could take our dog was a huge plus. Would stay again but only in upstairs apartment where it was a bit lighter

Stayed in Admiral's Deck which had a lovely view across the river. Very clean and well equipped and owner was very friendly and helpful. The whole area, including the beaches, was very dog friendly. Only drawback was that although the beach and river are both very close, it was not walking distance to the patrolled swimming beach.

Very clean, smart, well equipped , comfortable and great position between river and ocean. Outside deck on first floor lovely spot to sit except if neighbour across road is out back as it overlooks. Started off badly when upon arrival our booking had been forgotten(although fully paid a month in advance) but soon made up apartment and settled in.Excellent spot for long walks on beach, fishing and kayaking. Great meals by Harry at the nearby bowling club. Four star.
