Ensuite Bedrooms for 3 Couples

Gypsy Willows is perfect for 2 or 3 couples visiting the Hunter Valley. Bedrooms are beautiful with generous ensuite bathrooms. Nothing spared to ensure the kitchen and living are fully equipped and extremely comfortable.

A pretty garden affords access to the cows and horses grazing peacefully in the foreground, with views of the beautiful valley below. Kangaroos and wallabies join them on most days.

Accommodation includes three large bedrooms, two queen beds and 1 king bed, which may be converted to two singles. All bedrooms have very generous en-suite bathrooms, one with bath.

A large living area includes quality couches and the kitchen is fully equipped, including induction cooktop, 'Nespresso' machine and washing machine & dryer. The living areas and kitchen enjoy delightful morning sunshine and expansive views.

A large verandah enhances balmy summer evenings and includes a large Weber Q BBQ.

The whole house has reverse cycle air conditioning, all rooms have ceiling fans and the living room has a wood fire for cosy winters.

Foxtel, DVD and a Bose Bluetooth speaker are included and mobile phone reception is good.

Gypsy Willows provides luxury self-contained accommodation in Wollombi for a holiday, wedding or concert in the Hunter Valley, shared with your friends or family.

MINIMUM STAY: Gypsy Willows has a two night minimum stay (single night stays may be available at some times – please contact us if you are looking for a one night stay).

CHECK-IN: From 2pm, unless you have organised early check-in. CHECK-OUT: By 12pm, unless you have organised late check-out.

SMOKING: No smoking inside please.

PETS: Sorry, but we do not allow pets.

Payment Policy A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, which can be paid by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit to our account. The balance is payable 7 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your booking, your 50% deposit is refundable, less a $25 administration fee, provided we are advised in writing of the cancellation more than 28 days prior to your arrival. If cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival, the deposit is only refundable if we are able to re-book the house.

For bookings cancelled within 2 days of arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged, unless the house can be rebooked. This also applies to bookings where the date is deferred to a later time. The $25 administration fee will still apply to cancellations where the house is rebooked.
