Cancellation Policy

  • The hotel requires a minimum of 72 hours’ notice in the event you cancel the reservation to avoid any penalties. 
  • Full payment of the accommodation tariff is required 72 hours prior to arrival. 
  • To cancel a booking please e-mail or call us.

A deposit of the first night's tariff will be charged to your credit card 72 hours prior to arrival. All properties have a 72-hour cancellation policy. If the customer cancels within 72 hours of arrival, they forfeit the deposit of first night's tariff. Refunds can only be refunded back onto the credit card that was charged. 

Cash is not accepted at this property.

A valid credit card number is required upon check-in for all properties. Third party credit cards are not processed without written authorisation.

Bond

  • Bond may be kept if unit is left with damage, untidy, or complaints are received from other guests and neighbors.

Party/Noise Policies:

  • STRICT no noise and no parties policy in effect. $500 fee applies to any reports of disturbance or if management is called to the property due to noise complaints.
