NOISE POLICY: For the comfort and security of our guests Terrigal Sails has a strict NO PARTY POLICY. If we are required to address Noise from your Apartment after 10:00pm, you will be evicted from the property and an additional call out fee will be charged. An after hours Manager is available to enforce any violation of this policy and can be contacted from your apartment. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms after 9:30pm.

SCHOOL LEAVERS Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If on check in persons travelling are found to be participating in the School Leavers Event they will be declined accommodation at our establishment and no refunds will be given. Please see full conditions on our Hotel Website.

GROUP BOOKINGS With the exception of Corporate guests and family bookings, we do not accept group bookings at Terrigal Sails. Due to the quiet nature of our facility, we do not have the resources or facilities to accommodate the unique needs of group bookings. Our Hotel strictly offers accommodation for Couples, Singles, Families and Corporate guests. Please refer to our Noise Policy above for guests found to be travelling to our property of a party nature.

CHECK IN PROCEDURE: On Check in we will require payment of Balance owing. We will also require presentation of a Drivers License or Passport on your arrival. Check in time its from 2:00pm. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Terrigal Sails Serviced Apartments in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation for the after-hours check in procedure.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Off Peak A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to guarantee all bookings, and on check in we will require payment of Balance owing. We will also require presentation of a Drivers License or Passport on your arrival. If you wish to cancel or amend your reservation please do so 72 hours prior to check in, otherwise a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation will be incurred. For no shows, cancellations and amendments made after check in time, the full booking amount will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION POLICY – Peak Period Period 20 Dec – 13 Jan, long weekends and public holidays maintain a 14 day cancellation policy, and a non-refundable deposit of the first night’s accommodation is required to guarantee all bookings. Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival, and Terrigal Sails will automatically charge your credit card. For cancellations & amendments within 14 days prior to arrival, the full booking amount is forfeited. Excellent.. except sign in bathroom says to put towels for washing in the shower/bath. We put them on the floor and when we came back to our room instead of replacing the towels they just hung the ones up that were on the bathroom floor and were covered in hair and dirt. Another day we had a pile of towels on the floor that were not collected and we had to re-use them off the dirty floor. That was twice in our 7 day stay. I even brought this up with one of the cleaners but showed little interest in my complaint.

"Stayed with family in 3 units. All very happy with the overall experience." Spacious unit. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom clean and plenty of hot water. Complimentary breakfast a bonus.

The room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable, beautiful location walk to everything, complimentary breakfast was a winner. complimentary guest laundry was very handy, staff very friendly and helpful.

"Second time I have stayed at Sails. Very happy both times and would recommend to anyone." I was in Terrigal for the Lighthouse to Skillion walk. After I finished the trek it was a pleasure to come back to a very hot shower and really comfy bed for the night.
