Inside There are 6 bedrooms, with 10 beds plus 2 trundle beds with either queen or single beds configurations. Comfortably sleeps up to 16 people, extra guests on application. There are three living areas and 2 bathrooms and laundry. A modern kitchen with large twin fridge/freezer, microwave, and double ovens and everything you need to have a wonderful breakfast, lunch or dinner. A TV and DVD player with a choice of a few classic movies available. Some board games, books, a cricket set and other outdoor games. There is ducted air conditionng through out the downstairs and room airconditioining upstairs in the main bedroom suite. In the winter there's the choice a cosy wood fire in centre of the house or ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, and two split air conditioning systems to keep you toasty warm.
