Share meals in the light-filled dining space at an 10-seat custom built hardwood dining setting and step effortlessly from inside to out, through large sliding glass doors. Contemporary sofas beckon in the sundrenched living corner, with wall mounted TV.

Shore Beats Work promises cooking comfort, in the spacious and stylish galley kitchen with high-end Smeg stainless steel appliances and stunning stone benchtops. Channelling those coastal vibes, the kitchen features an aqua-inspired splashback, ample cupboard space and breakfast bar seating for casual, easy dining. Enjoy filtered water from the tap, brew up your own coffee from the espresso coffee machine and cater for your large group with ample cooking utensils and appliances.

Shore Beats Work comprises 5 spacious, light-filled bedrooms, featuring modern styling and luxury hotel standard Sealy mattresses and bedding for the ultimate holiday slumber. Flexible bedding configuration promises holiday ease, with a large master bedroom complete with daybed and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

There is plenty of room for your car at Shore Beats Work, with a double car garage (accessed internally), 1 driveway space and additional, free off-street parking.

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance. For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact our office.




Perfect holiday home away from home... they have thought of everything you might need! So beautifully presented and with high quality furnishings .. we were thoroughly impressed and didn’t want to leave ... spent more time than planned entertaining at home in the beautiful surrounds!!! A brilliant home for all the family x
