This lovely Suffolk Park property welcomes the family pet and boasts a large fenced yard shaded by trees and surrounding bushland. Perfect for entertaining, this holiday home is bordered by covered wraparound timber decking on both the upper and lower levels, and boasts a large courtyard with outdoor seating, al fresco dining, BBQ and private pool surrounded by tropical gardens. Inside, enjoy resort style interiors with stylish, simple decorating and plush furnishings, with timber reveals and polished timber floors throughout. Ideally located in the suburb of Suffolk Park, this home is a short 3 minute walk from pristine Tallows Beach and a dedicated off-leash dog area. A short 10 minute drive will gain access to the centre of Byron Bay.

Beach Chalet offers dual living spaces, perfect for a large family group with diverse entertainment desires. Kick back in the separate living area and watch the wall mounted flat screen TV from the sprawling lounges or relax with a book in the additional living and dining space, featuring comfortable rattan style seating, modern pendant lighting and glass sliding doors accessing the outdoor living space.

A spacious open plan dining and living space sits adjacent to the kitchen, with plush 8 seat dining suite and additional breakfast bar style servery with bar stools.

Make meal prep magical with the renovated, fully functional, contemporary cooks kitchen, complete with brand new stainless steel, top of the range appliances and Nespresso coffee machine (pods supplied).

This quintessential Australian beach home is nestled amongst bushland and backs on to a nature reserve. The large, shaded, tree lined yard includes a beach-style alfresco dining setting and the lower level features a large covered under-house entertaining area, complete with BBQ, outdoor seating and sparkling, inground pool which is heated to 26 degrees from April until October. Upstairs, the house is framed on three sides by wraparound timber decking, with access from the living spaces and bedrooms and offers modern outdoor seating and gorgeous lush green bushland views.  

Additional Features
Reverse cycle air-conditioning is featured throughout living and dining areas, with ceiling in the bedrooms. Guests can also enjoy complimentary wireless internet during their stay.

Beach Chalet is primely positioned in the Byron Shire suburb of Suffolk Park - a quiet and family friendly residential area, only 10 minutes drive to the centre of Byron Bay. What’s more, a short stroll will find guests on the pristine white sand shores of Tallow Beach, a picturesque, popular yet secluded section of the beautiful Byron Bay coastline. Terms & conditions

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance. For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact our office.




"We will definitely book again!!" We loved how easy everything was, from booking to arrival. The house looked exactly like the photos on the website and the small things really helped...detergent, toilet rolls already being there. Fabulous company. Locally, Byron was fantastic and loved horse riding with the ranch company on the beach.



"Amazing time" We had an AMAZING time in Byron, the house was so much bigger than we expected - we truly got a chance to relax and enjoy.
