Description
The "Bay's Best Kept Secret"...Bayviews B&B Port Stephens was purpose built in December 2002 as a bed and breakfast and art gallery/studio opposite Cromarty Bay Road's treelined beachfront reserve at Soldiers Point, Port Stephens, NSW.
Refurbished in July 2017, Bayviews is still consistently ranked in the region's 'Top 10 B and Bs' and continues to offer accommodation for up to four guests. Featuring two queen size bedrooms, two private bathrooms, and breakfast/lounge room, all with polished timber floors and fans, throughout a smokefree interior amidst tropical landscaped surroundings.

Our standard tariff of $90 per room per night (includes continental breakfasts,off-road parking & all charges) still remains the same great value as per our Dec '02 opening.

Cromarty Bay Road, Soldiers Point, is a no-through road and regarded as the 'quiet' part of the "Bay" and certainly not affected by the hustle and bustle of Christmas, Easter, and other holiday periods...with its treelined beachfront reserve right across the road, full of Aussie wildlife with great walks and parklands either side..
Bayviews makes a great place to base your Port Stephens stay..We're just 2 hours easy drive north of Sydney, with easy access to the Hunter Wineries and Vinyards, Barrington Tops rainforest, Morpeth markets, and Newcastle and Maitland only 30-45 minutes away.
Keep us in mind If your heading north to, or south, from Brissie, as we make a ideal stopover with quick and easy access to the freeway or if your heading west across the state...

My husband and I with 2 Scottish friends had a wonderful 3 nights at Bayview. George and Christine were delightful hosts, so welcoming and helpful. The accommodation was superb, clean, comfortable and attractive and convenient to all the major Port Stephens sights. Our only suggestion would be the provision of a light over the bathroom mirror. We would be very happy to return or to recommend Bayviews to our family and friends.

Our hosts were most helpful and we were made very comfortable. We visit this area often and will definitely stay again. Breakfast was also very sufficient.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was not just very clean but lovely too. The hosts were friendly, and gave great advice on local restaurants and places to visit, which helped us to make the most of our time there. It was also great value!! We would go back again.
