Welcome to Hunter Hideaway Farm

Hunter Hideaway Farm can be found in beautiful Quorrobolong, situated just two hours north of Sydney. Quorrobolong is a short distance from Australia's premium wine growing district. Hunter Hideaway Farm is located on 150 acres which consists of a mix of pasture and natural bush with beautiful sweeping mountain views over the paddocks out to the Watagan Mountains. We are just 15 mins away from local wineries, beautiful golf courses, hot air ballooning, world class concert venues and Hunter Valley Gardens.

Hunter Hideaway Farm offers comfort, peace & privacy for 8 guests. We offer a fully self contained cottage with Air Conditioning, 2 Queen Bedrooms both with verandahs, all linen supplied, 2 Toilets, 1 Bathroom, Iron, Outdoor Spa, Barbecue, Cooking Facilities, Microwave, Refrigerator, TV, DVD, CD Player, iPod doc. Games available on request. Free Wi Fi.

Hidden amongst tall shady gum trees, the cottage provides a private and secluded setting for up to eight people. Enjoy our two-story modern self contained cottage nestled among the gum trees, bedrooms are downstairs and upstairs is a large lounge and dining area. All linen is provided along with a selection of teas, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, our own honey and jam along with a bottle of bubbly.

Horses are welcome, but you will need to provide us with your insurance details.
Sorry no dogs or cats. 
GUIDE DOGS ARE THE ONLY EXCEPTION.

This is a dirt road, keep coming up the dirt road

till you see the signs Land for Wildlife & Ceramic art Studio,

turn into our driveway keep coming through the bush,

as you get to the house and cottage area turn right and you will see the cottage,

parking is at the side.

Terms & conditions

Deposit of 50% non refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.

Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period.

 If a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.  Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in the same state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc. 

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

What a gorgeous getaway! The accommodation was perfect, beautifully furnished and so relaxing. Great hospitality from the owners and the most breathtaking views right outside your window. If you want somewhere to relax, Hunter Hideaway Farm is where you should be!

Stayed at Hunter Hideaway Farm a couple of nights ago and I won't hesitate recommending this gem of a place to friends and family. The cottage was impeccable and tasteful, the kitchen well equipped and the location was quite handy too. Roger and Vicki were such lovely host, thanks again for having us!
