Property features and overview
Make your way up the long, leafy private driveway through an abundant natural landscape where horses graze peacefully, towards Bangalla a truly beautiful and welcoming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury Hinterland home.

Encompassed by wide, wrap around, shady and alternatively sun-drenched verandahs with decorative timber detailing, Bangalla Estate captures the best of the balmy Byron Bay climate. The classic Queenslander’s underfloor area is decoratively screened with timber battens, adding to the visual appeal of this lovely home.

Step inside Bangalla and the luxury continues to unfold. For rest and relaxation, guests will find a master suite with king bed and ensuite, main  bathroom complete with gorgeous freestanding bath and resort style finishes, plus three more spacious, airy bedrooms, including king/twin king single, queen with ensuite and 4 x king beds in bunk formation. All bedrooms open out to the verandah, delivering an effortless indoor-outdoor flow.

An additional self-contained studio unit with queen bed and ensuite (with claw foot bath) is also available, making this quality Queenslander perfect for families or friends seeking a peaceful retreat.

Bangalla retains beautiful original features including high ceilings, French doors and windows, ornate architraves full length central hallway, stained feature glass panels and polished timber floors.

An entertainer's delight, the huge, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features soaring raked timber ceilings, stainless steel benchtops and quality stainless appliances, including large oven, range hood and gas cooktop. Open timber framed bi - fold windows to reveal a functional and cute as a button servery, with seating on the outdoor decking area, offering the ultimate in summer entertaining.

The rural setting of this property features a small dam, pond and watercourse and is adjacent to Possum Creek so children must be supervised by parents or a responsible adult at all times on this property.

Terms & conditions

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance. For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact our office.




"A truly memorable stay" We loved the beauty of the property and the peaceful surroundings. Even though it rained for most of our stay, the verandas and gazebo enabled us to still enjoy the outdoors. The house is just beautiful, immaculately maintained and well equipped for a truly memorable stay.



"Perfect for a meditation retreat" We were on a meditation retreat and the property was perfect for this kind of stay. We liked the donkeys and horses standing n the middle of the road unfazed :), the view, tranquility and the charm of the house.
