A petite workers cottage built in the 1840's and positioned in the heart of Paddington on a tiny private lane, you'll be in awe of this unique gem as it is the ideal location to explore historical and modern Sydney. Just a few minutes walk you'll find an abundance of cafe's, trendy bars and restaurants, designer clothing labels, Paddington markets, and much more besides. Public transport is easily accessible from this point. Walk into the central CBD in under 15 mins or catch transport in just minutes. One street back from Oxford street and close to Five Ways, its just 10 minutes to Bondi beach and approx 15 minutes (off peak traffic) to airport. We can arrange single bedding for 1 additional person - please advise if required.

We ask that you treat the cottage, as if it were your own. Our rules are simple and few: please treat the belongings and space with care, and please ensure that you are conscious of our neighbours and the environment by limited the consumption of water, heating or cooling, and electricity. We appreciate it! As a courtesy to our non-smoking neighbours, if you must light up can you please do beyond the laneway entry.

Terms & conditions

I will not be responsible for or make refunds to guests who are not satisfied with the property. 

In respect of genuinely misquoted tariffs, guests will have the opportunity to pay the increase or obtain a refund.

DEPOSITS:

Full deposit are required 48 hours prior to arrival via bank transfer.

All monies must be paid at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS: 

The booking is not refundable unless

the property is rebooked for the entire period for the full price * $50 fee 

Furniture is not to be moved. Any missing items will be debt within 48 hours. 

Pets are not permitted on the premises.

The guest is liable for any willful loss or damage whatsoever. 

Guest agrees to pay for any damage, breakages or cleaning of the premises by deduction from the security deposit. 

Please inform me of any damage or missing items on arrival of that day. 

KEYS:

Keys will not be made available until ALL monies have been paid in full. *lock box system no personal meet up. 

 

Call outs: Any call outs, will incur a fee of $110.00. 

Variations to check in & check out times will result in an extra days rent being charged.

Usage - the premises are let for holiday purposes ONLY. NO parties. If a party does happen, you will be evicted from the premises with no refund and all bond lost + $90 cleaning fee 

Rubbish- ALL rubbished must be removed from the property after leaving. Bins MUST go out Sunday, failure to follow this will result in $100 fine for a council pick up.
