Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Peak Times:

Bookings made for during peak periods outside 4 weeks of arrival will forfeit the first nights tariff of each room booked. Within 4 week of arrival will forfeit the full amount of your booking. If you arrive and cancel off room nights, the full amount of your booking will be charged to your credit card. Credit card numbers given, will be responsible for all cancellation fee's, this includes all online bookings.

Cancellations Non Peak:

Prior to 72 hours of arrival, will attract a $25 cancellation fee, within 72 hours will forfeit the first nights tariff.
(Please check with us if you are unsure of which cancellation policy applies to your booking)

Your Booking being cancelled

If by some unforseen circumstances that we cancel your booking, all deposits, payments will be reimbursed, and no charges will apply. No responsibility will be taken for any travel costs etc...

"Great place, looking forward to returning" What a great location looking over the lake. Easy walking to shopping & the Club next door. The owners were very helpful & friendly, also up for a joke & a laugh.

"The pick of the motels at Yarrawonga/Mulwala" Great elevated location with views over lake - the pick of all the motels. Handy to Club next door for meals. Nice that the pool actually had water in it in early October, unlike many other motels.

"Very good" Reception Staff was very friendly and we were upgraded as the room booked for us had some issues that were beyond the motels control.
