FULL HOUSE BOOKINGS - require 50% of the tariff or one nights tarrif if a one night reservation is made at time of booking - a security deposit is also payable 48hrs before check-in as a preauthorised hold on your nominated credit card and will be released after check-out and the property has been inspected and cleaned - please see our payment terms for more information.

Payment Policy
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visacard and all debit cards. NB: AMEX cards are not accepted at this time - we apologise for any inconvenience - if Amex is used to make a reservation through any of the booking channels please contact us with details of another credit card to secure the booking or the reservation may be cancelled.
TERMS: A minimum of one nights tariff or 50% if more than one night booked will be taken at the time of booking with the balance payable by our new express check- in option whereby payment is taken on the day before or of arrival by the nominated credit card for your convenience - if you do not want to take this option please advise staff 24 hrs prior to check in otherwise payment will be processed and a receipt emailed directly to you or ready for collection on arrival.
DEPOSIT of 50% is required for more than a one nights stay to secure the booking, payment processed within 48hrs of booking. BOOKING CHANNELS reservations made directly from Expedia, Wotif and Agoda websites will have the full amount deducted by Credit Card 24 - 48hrs after booking.
WHOLE HOTEL BOOKING - 50% deposit for more than one nights stay or one nights tarrif for a one night booking is required on confirmation of your reservation by credit card and the balance payable along with a SECURITY DEPOSIT in the amount of $1,000 - the deposit will be taken as a preauthorised hold on the nominated credit card 48 hrs before checkin, and will be refunded after check- out inspection and the property has been cleaned.

Cancellation Policy
In the event there is a cancellation the deposit will be retained and the remaining balance will only be refunded when the room is fully re-let for the same period at the same or greater tariff.Unless booked through AGODA, EXPEDIA OR WOTIF - then the full amount is non refundable.
All cancellations must be in writing via email and may be subject to a fee. No refund for public holidays and events.No refund for an unused portion of a holiday booking will be made. A change in booking dates attracts the same conditions as for cancellations.
The 50% deposit on all full house bookings of more than one nights stay or one nights tariff for a one night booking is NON REFUNDABLE, as per booking policy.
