The "Whale Watch" apartment boasts a new luxurious queen size bed with latex, a newly imported leather furnishings, HD LCD television with DVD player & a DVD library. Waterfront provides guests with a complimentary generous breakfast hamper upon arrival for self catering at your leisure. In addition, bookings of 2 or more days stay receive a complimentary bottle of Seaview wine, snacks, chocolates and a variety of coffees and teas.

Location! Location! Only metres from beach, restaurants, cafes & licensed golf club with the beach-side golf course at your rear entrance.

Waterfront specializes in weekend and weekly bookings or alternatively offers attractive 5 day mid-week specials.

NOTE: Saturdays & Mondays are our two days off work per week. Therefore we accept bookings for arrival and departure on a Friday or Sunday. (Excludes public holiday long weekends whereby departures and arrivals do occur on a Monday)

DIRECTIONS:

Approaching the northern entry into Ulladulla, turn off Princes Hwy at the roundabout and onto Golf Road.

Travel down Golf Road to just before the golf club house. Take the road off to the right (Riversdale Avenue)

which runs through the actual golf course and follow to Waterfront which is No 37 Riversdale Avenue.

  3. We cater for private romantic couples accommodation and not groups nor weddings.

Booking information:

    1. Above tariffs include a generous complimentary hamper - value exceeds $40.
    2. Booking confirmation requires a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total tariff.
    3. Saturdays & Mondays are our two days off work per week. Excludes public holiday long weekends whereby departures and arrivals do occur on a Monday.
    4. Minimum booking periods apply.
    5. A one night booking is acceptable if a single night exists between confirmed bookings. ($20.00 additional cost for a 1 night stay)
    6. Weekly bookings: We except weekly bookings preferably arriving on a Sunday or Friday.
    7. Mollymook Beach Waterfront is a smoke free property.

  2. Additional booking Information

    DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

    A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.

    CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

    Check in is after 2 pm and Check out is before 11am.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50. If the booking, or part thereof, is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the planned arrival date, or once occupied, there will be no refund nor transfer of the booking unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An admin fee of $50 will be deducted from the payment held before the remainder is refunded or original booking transferred to another date.
