4BR family beach house or perfect weekend retreat with sweeping ocean views & backyard swimming pool - less than 3 minutes stroll to North Mollymook Beach! Sand, Sun and Surf!

This is the ideal beach house suitable for a large family or 2 - 3 couples with an open plan living area, large deck with sweeping views across Mollymook Beach and a salt water pool in the back garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a Queen size bed. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and one larger room with single beds and a bunk ensemble sleeping a total of six guests. This house is ideal for two families with children. Adults could have Queen bedrooms on separate floors and children can all bunk in together with three single beds and a three bed bunk ensemble. Ideal!

The property is located at the Northern end of Mollymook Beach on Mitchell Parade only a short stroll down the steps onto the pearly white sands of Mollymook Beach.

Each end of the beach is nicely sheltered for young children. The southern end of the beach is patrolled during summer and there is a beautiful area with rock pools at low tide. The northern end is patrolled during the Christmas holiday period. Narrawallee Beach is a short car ride (or 10 minute walk) away for an equally beautiful beach with a sheltered inlet. Narrawallee Beach is patrolled during the Xmas Holidays.

Refundable Damage Deposits: Standard rate - $100 per adult (minimum refundable damage deposit - $400). We reserve the right to increase the refundable damage deposit if we consider it is necessary.

We charge replacement value for any items or structures that are broken or damaged through negligent or malicious actions.

Smoking inside the house or bringing pets to the property would be unacceptable infractions of our house rules and extra cleaning costs to deal with these would be billed to guests. We aim to provide a holiday house that is both smoke-free and pet-hair free for all of our guests.

We encourage our guests to complete an inspection of the property upon arrival so that they can report anything broken or damaged on checking in. If damage is discovered after checking out that was not initially reported, we have more cause to believe that the current guests are likely responsible.

In the history of our management of this property we have never withheld a cent of anybody's refundable damage deposit. We hope to keep this record intact!

Lovely little beachside house Great for kids. One street away from the beach and a nice little pool in the backyard. Just 5 mins walk to grab coffee and groceries around the corner Accommodation is simple and aimed at families. Lots of kitchen crockery and cutlery Highlight is the living area and balcony with beautiful water views.

Great family beach house in a perfect spot on the northern part of Mollymook Beach. Big room for the kids to sleep, with plenty of beds. Functional house with a great view. Pool is a great addition to burn off the kids' energy!

Beautiful place, located perfectly. The veranda and view was incredible and the walk to the beach was under 2 minutes. I will definitely be staying at this place again in the future.

"Lovely beach house" Three generations of our family enjoyed a lovely Easter break at this perfectly positioned beach house. It was an easy five minute walk to the beach and there were expansive beach views from the deck. We enjoyed two leisurely BBQ dinners on the deck with the sound of waves in the background and amazing stars above. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed and more. This is an older style beach house that has been thoughtfully renovated and while the bathrooms are a little dated in decor they were clean and functional. The showers were great. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us! The pool was spotlessly clean and warm and the leafy back garden a peaceful oasis in the afternoon. The house was very much as it is shown in the photos, in my opinion it doesn't claim to be anything it's not - it's a typical beach house and we would love to return one day!
