The Gardeners Quarters
Located on the private estate of The Regents Park, The Gardeners Quarters is a stylish self-contained garden apartment. Providing guests with the opportunity to meander through the sprawling gardens and enjoy all the benefits this private oasis has to offer. The apartment has a private garden courtyard with outdoor seating and a Juliette balcony overlooking the mansion swimming pool.
The apartment comprises of one queen bed, sitting area, stylish kitchenette with new appliances, Nespresso coffee machine (coffee supplied), air-conditioning, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and a modern bathroom.
When combined with The Mansion we can accommodate up to 12 guests in opulent luxury.

- Treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
- Not host parties or events so as to not disrupt the peace and comfort of my home or neighbours, and
- Follow ALL house rules.
- All guests MUST be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and be able to provide documentation for proof.
- No extra guests or visitors except for those listed in the number of guests on the reservation.

NOISE: Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep excessive noise down. Any noise complaints will forfeit the security deposit - NO EXCEPTIONS -
Cleaning penalty fees will be applied if the property is left in an untidy or unclean condition or if excess rubbish and bottles have not been removed. Please leave the property as you find it - dishes in the dishwasher - rubbish in the bins provided - no food to be left on the premises.

Non Smoking Property - Smoking strictly prohibited inside the building - a cleaning fee of $500 will occur if this rule is broken and your security deposit forfeited -

Minimum 2 night stay during school holidays and public holiday periods We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
Payment Policy We accept payment by Mastercard, Visacard and all debit cards. NB: AMEX cards are not accepted at this time - we apologise for any inconvenience - if Amex is used to make a reservation through any of the booking channels please contact us with details of another credit card to secure the booking or the reservation may be cancelled.
TERMS: A minimum of one nights tariff will be taken at the time of booking with the balance and security deposit payable 48 hrs before checkin by credit card.
DEPOSIT 50% is required for more than a one nights stay to secure the booking. Please ensure your dates are correct as the deposit is non-refundable - payment is processed anytime within 48hrs of booking.
.SECURITY DEPOSIT MANSION - $1,000 - deposit will be taken as a preauthorised hold on the nominated credit card 48 hrs before checkin, and will be refunded after checkout inspection and the property has been cleaned. Alternate payment methods by arrangement only - all requests or enquires in writing by email please.
Cancellation Policy In the event there is a cancellation the deposit will be retained and the remaining balance will only be refunded when the property is fully re-let for the same period at the same or greater rent. All cancellations must be in writing via email and are subject to a 25% cancellation/handling fee. No refund for an unused portion of a holiday booking will be made. A change in booking dates attracts the same conditions as for cancellations.

"Beautiful escape in Maitland" Such beautiful grounds- an AMAZING garden in the backyard! We stayed in the gardener suite and it was a perfect romantic spot for our visit to the Hunter Valley wine region!

"Great building, gardens and history" Amazing place and the gardens were unbelievable. They were currently creating a new Chinese garden which I will need to come back to see.
