Description
Our modern 2 bedroom brick cottage is located in one of the nicest parts of Sydney. Linley Point is a quiet suburban area approximately 12 km from the city, and easily accessible by public transport.
The cottage is clean and comfortable, set amongst magnificent homes, with expansive views down the Lane Cove River to the Sydney Harbour Bridge from the front garden. The house is fully self contained with 2 bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen, large lounge room, garden, balcony etc. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed and built-in wardrobes. It is pet friendly -( small dogs only by arrangement) and has facilities for the disabled.
The second bedroom has a single bed, and a fold-up bed suitable for teenagers. Outdoors there is a garden and balcony and BBQ facilities, and there is a children's playground nearby.Public transport with direct buses to the city are a 5 minute walk to the bus stop.
Weekly bookings are preferred.

The owner was very nice and had spent 1 hour to show us where to shop and to take the ferry to Sydney.We were filling like home.The accomodation was really close to the city and save us time and money. We didn't have to park in the city.The place was big enough for 5 of us.Thanks to Niel; we have a really good time. We will absolutely recommend this place to all our friends.

Our stay at Linley Point Harbourview was extremely pleasant, a lovely little cottage,very clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. The view of the harbour was beautiful and our 2 little dogs loved the outdoor area. Looking forward to our next stay!

Neil I would like to thank you and your Wife for looking after my Daughter,Brother and his Wife and Son.Michelle said you were such lovely people and went out of your way to help as you can see my Brother is not very well and probably the last time he will be in Sydney. I think after a week my Daughter can see how bad his health is getting that's why she took Holiday's. If we get to Sydney we would not hesitate to stay at your rentalOnce again ThankyouRegardsJudy

Excellent in all aspects of accommodation when visiting Sydney from country NSW. 20 minutes to airport. Central to all areas of the city. 10-15 minutes to centre of Sydney. Well equiped throughout the house - very quiet street - beautiful outlook - can recommend - will definately be booking again when next in Sydney

Great value accommodation. It was perfect for our two young children. The owners had even provided a few small toys which was a nice touch. Lovely view and great location. We'd love to stay again when we're next in Sydney!
