This is quite possibly the best townhouse in the Blue Mountains. Modern, spacious and bright. Brand new quality furnishings with natural colour scheme, stunning polished concrete flooring and double-glazed windows throughout. 

The property has 3 good sized bedrooms, all with queen or double sized beds and built in wardrobes. 

Master bedroom upstairs with ensuite, balcony and split system reverse cycle air-conditioning. 

An infants cot is available on request at no extra charge. Please let us know if you require an infants cot so that we can have it made up for your arrival.

All linen and towels are provided. 

Both bathrooms are luxuriously appointed. The main bathroom is equipped with a bath as well as a separate rain fall shower. Complimentary toiletries are supplied.

A washing machine/dryer is provided for guests.

Fully contained kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and coffee machine. Enjoy the open plan dining with charming cozy fireplace or private outdoor entertaining area.

You will have exclusive access to the entire house and private courtyard.

Other things to note
The house is located within a small and quiet unit complex and as such some of the areas surrounding the home are communal areas. Guests are asked to be respectful of our neighbours and the communal spaces.

You are welcome to use the single lock-up garage with electric roller door located within the complex. For any additional vehicles there is ample, free, untimed car parking available on Leura Mall right outside the complex.

Directions

The property is conveniently located in South Leura on Leura Mall near the shopping strip. Within walking distance of many attractions, there’s much to see and do without the need to drive. Feel like some shopping, pampering, fine dining or some scenic bush walks? It's all here for you to explore by foot!

It is around 500m from the railway station and the hop off hop on bus. Leura's prestigious golf course is close by. Bush walks can start from the house and a park with play equipment is 100m away.

If you are driving, you are welcome to use the single lock-up garage with electric roller door located within the complex. For any additional vehicles, there is unrestricted on-street parking on Leura Mall just outside the complex. If you are travelling here by train, it is only a 7-minute walk away. There is also a bus stop conveniently located just out on the street.
