All bookings require a minimum deposit of $100 or 1/3 of the total tariff (whichever is greater). This deposit will be taken from the credit card when you submit the booking. Full payment required on arrival. We accept all credit cards and have EFTPOS facilities. We do NOT accept personal cheques on arrival.

Tariffs include linen and are subject to change without notice.

  • 1 bedroom = 2 person;
  • 2 bedroom = 4 person;
  • 3 bedroom = 6 person.
  • Extra person charge = $35 per person per night.
  • Maximum of 2 extra people per apartment.

NO PETS are ALLOWED whatsoever. If pets are discovered in a room a minimum $500 charge will be levied for cost of pest extermination, carpet and furniture cleaning. Offending occupants will required to leave immediately with no refund for time unused.

Smoking Policy: • No smoking is allowed inside the apartments, stairwells, car-park basement or in common areas. Smoking is only permitted on apartment balconies. Please use the Ashtrays provided. • If smoking occurs in the apartment, a $200 charge will be levied plus 1 additional night’s tariff charged.

Upon checkout please leave the apartment in a neat and tidy condition. All used pots & pans to be washed and crockery and cutlery placed in the dishwasher and cycled. Please place excess rubbish in the bins provided at the bottom of the stairwells in the car park. Failure to comply may incur an extra charge of $50 Visitors:

We strictly enforce a NO PARTIES AND NO EXCESSIVE NOISE policy. Visitors are the responsibility of the guest. All visitors must leave the premises by 11.00pm.

Directions from Resort management and staff must be complied with. Failure to comply could result in guests being asked to leave with no refund for time unused. A responsible adult must accompany any person under the age of 21 in any apartment booked.

Valid Credit Card details are required as security for every booking. A cancellation fee of 1/3 total tariff applies for bookings cancelled less than 14 days of arrival date (21 days high and peak seasons, public holiday weekends and special events). A $100 administration fee will apply in all cases. In the event of a no-show, full tariff will be charged on day of arrival. No refund will be given for early departures.
