Perfect for couples and a young family especially with the sandy beach by the lagoon pool which is steps from the apartment .
Locals are extremely friendly and the resort staff are amazing .
If you are a cycling enthusiast road bikes can be hired at Cabarita and the ride to Mt Warning is spectacular . Don’t forget to stop for bacon and eggs and coffee on the way.
Don't forget to visit the break water at Kingscliff beach, hire an SUP at Cudgen creek and bike ride to Tango gelato in town, walk across the road and enjoy your gelato watching the surfers or kit surfers.
In winter make sure you look out for the whales off the coast at the lookouts at Hastings point or the break wall at Kingscliff.
Visit Bryron Bay for a day for some celebrity spotting, a walk to the lighthouse or a bit of shopping and a coffee.
Don't forget the boutique wine merchant on Marine parade, visit the weekend markets and the delicous cafes in town.

Check in instructions will be provided on final payment about a week before your check in date. We use a local property manager for key collection . The property manager is located on Marine Parade in Kingscliff about a 5 minute drive from the resort. Acdess to the resort including the car park and the foyer is not available unless you have a key.
The property is located on the ground floor within the Peppers Salt & Spa Resort Kingscliff NSW. Please do not confuse this with the Mantra or Bale properties.
No smoking or pets. No parties and number of guests cannot exceed 4 people unless otherwise agreed. The resort does not allow smoking on the resort including any common areas at anytime. On departure please empty the fridge/ freezer/pantry/ dishwasher and take out the garbage and wash all kitchen items. All linen (bed linen, bath and pools towels etc) provided belongs to the apartment any missing items will be deducted from the bond. Any damage or excessive cleaning required for example but not limited to food left around in the apartment, sand, liquid spills (eg. milk or wine), unclean microwave/ stovetop, damaged / missing linen, damaged furniture and kitchen items will also be deducted from the bond. Extra cleaning is charged at $75 an hour (minimum 1 hour) and a $100 admin fee (this is also charged for damaged or missing items ). Don't leave any linen or towels in the washing machine on departure . Please leave all towels in the bathtub and the linen on the beds. Please do not move the furniture unless absolutely necessary. Any furniture moved needs to be moved back before departure, if not additional fees will apply. Any damage to the floors or walls from moving the furniture will be deducted from the bond. As this is a private apartment the apartment is not serviced during your stay only on check out. If you require regular servicing please contact me to arrange, additional servicing is $50 for a clean and $80 for a clean and fresh linen, payable direct to the owner. Please abide by the check out rules displayed in the apartment otherwise additional fees may apply.
Covid 19 Policy as required by Peppers Management: By accepting this booking you confirm that you have not been: 1. ordered to quarantine 2. diagnosed with COVID-19 3. a close contact of a person with COVID-19 4. In the 14 days prior to your check in date anyone in your party has not come from a COVID hotspot area or visited a Covid venue (as updated from time to time from NSW Health and also includes businesses and schools), come from overseas. 5. Remaining 50% is required 30 days before check in
If the balance of the tariff is not paid on time, the booking is forfeited and there is no refund of the deposit.
Bond of $500 refunded after the reservation on inspection.
Check in is from 2pm and after hours key facility is available.
Check out is 10am keys are to be returned to the managing agent through the slot in the front door.
Lost keys are charged at $50 each.
No subletting or parties allowed.
No smoking, No pets and guests must not exceed 4.
Please follow the house rules to avoid extra charges or cancellation of the keys/ access to the apartment.
Any damage, odours or missing items from the property will be deducted from the bond
Bed liinen, bath and beach towels are provided.
Consumables toilet paper, toiletries, washing up detergent, washing powder are included to get you started but are not replenished during your stay.
Credit card payments attract a 2% fee.

Susan December 2020 The location of this apartment is perfect- the beach is amazing, only a short walk, and the pool was just steps off the patio. Made watching the kids perfect. The the large queen bed is incredibly comfortable. We booked for 2 kids as well, one slept on a rollaway bed and the other slept on the sofa. Deborah's communication was really great, checking in with us before and during the stay. We look forward to staying again!

Anita December 2020 This apartment is fantastic! It was spotlessly clean and all the furnishings are great. Very spacious unit. Nice big comfy bed! The location right near the pool is great and the super large verandah is perfect. Was nice to have a table and chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs on the verandah. The verandah has the shade in the heat of the afternoon so it was perfect. The smaller lagoon pool was a nice place to relax in the afternoon when the main pool became a bit noisy. The restaurant is still only open for breakfast as they are still trying to find staff for the evenings but should be opening soon. Being walking distance to Salt Village and the beach means you don’t need to use your car some days. Would highly remind this apartment and would definitely stay again.

Jennifer November 2020 Deborah's place was perfect. You couldn't get a better location in the resort - right by the pool and just tucked in the corner. Inside was immaculate and had everything you need. When you had enough of the pool you could relax on the balcony and still see everything. The apartment is also nice and quiet. I had never been to Kingscliff before and the Salt Beach location is just perfect. Lots of little restaurants in very short walking distance, a cafe, pub and some other shops. The beach is beautiful. Everything was perfect. I would definitely go back again.
