The Hampton's style beach house is classic and sophisticated but very much captures the relaxed beach living vibe. Ideally located in the ‘magic square’ of Hawks Nest only 300m from the surf club.

It's all about the natural light flooding in and illuminating the space to create a fresh, bright and breezy interior. Enjoy the heritage beach design with cathedral ceilings, cathedral windows, sky lights and oversized stacker doors at the rear of the property, making a perfect family space.

The large stacker doors make your outdoor and indoor space all one large area. It's great for summer outdoor living and cosy for winter with the gas fireplace. Natural light is plentiful.

The entertaining area faces towards Bennetts Beach and is close enough to hear the waves crashing on the sand.

Enjoy those cold days by snuggling up in front of the gas fire place whilst you watch a movie on a big screen TV.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite, with large walk-in shower, with double shower heads.

The second bedroom has a king size bed.

The third bedroom has 2 king single beds.

No expensive has been spared on top quality pillow top mattresses to give you the best night sleep possible.

Black, white and modern describes this clean and simple bathrooms, giving the luxurious bathrooms a classic colour palette. The main bathroom is truly a feature with the romantic Victoria & Albert heritage volcanic stone claw foot bath taking center stage. The bathroom has a touch of glamour with a crystal chandelier.

All bedrooms plus the living area have their own air conditioners that can be controlled individually for heating and cooling. The property also features, dishwasher, fully fenced yard, large entertaining verandah, outdoor shower and 2 bathrooms.

This stunning home features a wonderful Hamptons style Chefs kitchen filled with all of the equipment you need to make you feel at home.

Terms & conditions

The guest is permitted use of the property under a Licence to Occupy the premises. This does not constitute a tenancy. The property can be used for Short-Term Accommodation only. The property is not to be used for any commercial activity, wedding, party, gathering or any other function.

The cottage is equipped for up to 8 holiday makers. No mattresses, tents or caravans, or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. If this is not followed you may be asked to leave and no monies will be refunded.

They may be a maximum amount of 2 vehicles allowed onsite. No more than the maximum amount of vehicles are permitted and we ask that guests ensure they show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles in regards to parking restraints.

There is no unacceptable noise 24/ 7 including during arrival and departure and strictly no noise between the hours of 10pm and 8am.

Your holiday property is available from 2.00pm on your day of arrival. Check out time is strictly 10.00am on the day of departure or the guest will be charged an additional night.

You will be charged a bond of $1,000 on all bookings. The bond will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and checked for damage.

Smoking is not permitted in the property.

Payment Policy

For all bookings 50% of the tariff is required as a deposit to confirm the booking and is payable within 24 hours from the date you make the booking. Balance of all outstanding monies is due fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival. Payment may be made by, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, bank transfer. There is a 3% card fee on all credit card holiday transactions. Under no circumstances will personal cheques be accepted on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations – In the event of you cancelling your holiday booking for any reason whatsoever, it will be a condition that no refund will be made. If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable




We had the best mini break at this gorgeous house. It was so comfortable and beautiful we did nothing but walk to the beach and then relax at the house We particularly enjoyed the enormous deck. We left feeling completely relaxed and very keen to return again. Next time for longer! Thank you for sharing your home, Simone. We absolutely loved it!!



Beautifully set home located just 200 metres from “Jimmy’s beach” walking distance to “IGA” (supermarket) and “the benchmark” cafe/restaurant/bar. This house has been designed dedicated to luxury living and effortless entertainment ideal for a family or small group getaways. Highly recommend and will definitely will stay here again.



We arrived to a well set up and beautiful house but the lawns were very long and not in keeping with the quality of the house. Word of warning to anyone thinking it's pet friendly... it isn't. Dogs must stay outside and owners must clean up their mess before leaving. Try doing that when the grass is 30cm! We won't return... we want our pets to be with us and not panicking in a kennel outside during the storms that came through during our stay. Shame.



Margaret’s beach house is absolutely amazing, every detail has been so well thought out- we felt right at home from the minute we arrived. My friend and I loved strolling to the beach and having lunch at the local cafe while our husbands took the boat out and went fishing. We couldn’t fault one single aspect of this house!
