Doraka Lake House Booking agreement

As part of your booking agreement, you are required to accept to abide by the below House Rules, which serves as our 'rental contract’ while staying in Doraka Lake House.

Guests to be at least 25 years old to rent the property.
We are unable to accept requests from guests who do not provide their full name (first and last) and/or do not include a profile photo. We also may ask to see your ID before or during check-in.
No fireworks of any kind are allowed on the property.
Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. This helps us maintain good relations with our neighbours.
No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the house.
NO PARTIES.
Maximum Occupancy: SIX (6) Adult Guests. No outside visitors, no overnight guests without prior approval at least 48 hours before your check-in date.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

"Lovely water view outlook" Lovely outlook, clean and tidy property.The house was well equipped and very comfortable. Only negative was the KEYWE check in, these never seem to work. The owner was quick to provide a pin access when I rang. Loved our time and would return.
