The Federation style home is set in attractive, spacious gardens overlooking a lagoon and the beautiful New England countryside. Genuine antiques throughout the home add an historic charm.

With four guest bedrooms to choose from including king, queen, double and twin share, there is an accommodation option to suit everyone. The king room and lounge areas have log fires and all rooms have electric blankets and televisions.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt deposit or full booking payment.  Final booking payment must be settled with the hosts upon check-in.

Any refunds incur an administration fee of $25.

In the event of cancellation of a booking any payments received (less booking service fee and administration fee) will be refunded if the customer notifies us within 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival. If less than 14 days notice is given payment will only be refunded at owner’s discretion.

Peak Periods (including Australian Celtic Festival):

Room rate applies (plus any selected extras) to all bookings - no discounts provided for single occupancy.

Cancellation of any booking requires 21 days notice.
