Sydney Boutique Stay stunning house with pool in Paddington

Beautiful large three bedroom cottage, fully renovated with pool and large gardens. This is a rare find in Sydney just a short walk to train station and a 15 minute walk to the city, this stunning house has ample open air living.

Please note this is not the entire house for lease, it is two bedrooms being offered to guests and the host resides here.

Guests have their own living room with television which opens out onto the front garden.

We offer two bedroom:

Double Bedroom which shares the large main bathroom with host (1 person) - very large lovely bedroom with double bed, leather lounge, large television, desk and wardrobes.  This is $95 per room per night.

Master Attic Bedroom - stunning attic with queen size bed, windows with beautiful shutters, skylights, own large bathroom with bath.  This is $125 per room per night.

The pool is salt water and beautiful.  There is a massive deck off the rear living area and kitchen which looks out onto the pool and garden and has outside lounge and dining.

The kitchen is fully renovated witih all  modern cons.  Guests are welcome to cook meals and  use pantry ingredients.

The house is fully airconditioned and wi fi is included.

We offer self serve breakfast of muesli, espresso coffee, fresh fruit, gourmet breads and spreads, tea etc.  Guests enjoy complimentary wine at night.

Just a short walk to Paddington's Five Ways this is a fantastic house.

There is street parking, free, but it is limited on Monday to Friday.

Please note that I have two beautiful small dogs and rescue parrots who reside in the rear living area and the house can be noisy although the parrots are covered and quiet from 9pm to 7am.  If you do not like pets this is not suitable.
