The Beach Retreat is pet friendly accommodation with a difference. The Beach Retreat is newly renovated, light-filled, spacious, and airy. Located in a quiet residential area these apartments are a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle. The Beach Retreat is perfect for two couples and two children or a family of six. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and two bedrooms upstairs. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and the main bedroom has a king bed that can be split into 2 long singles.

Please specify when booking whether you require 1 queen, 1 king, and 2 singles or 1 queen and 4 singles (Bedding configuration requests are only available when staying for 3+ nights).

Although there is only one bathroom, there is a second toilet in the laundry. The large open plan kitchen, living and dining room means that there is plenty of space for the whole family to cook, eat and socialise. The ocean views from the large covered front Balcony means that you will enjoy your view while barbequing on the Balcony in any weather.

If your plan is to spend time at the beach, The Beach Retreat is perfectly located. Just 300 metres from the Southern edge of Aslings beach. Take the dog for a walk along the boardwalk, then take him /her for a swim before having brunch on the Balcony. Not only are you close to the beach but are a flat 200 meter walk to the centre of town.

Terms & conditions

Check-in is available anytime after 2pm. Please note that you may be able to check-in earlier if the unit is available (Fees apply).

Please make sure you have emailed through the mobile number that you are travelling with. We will text you with your unit number and entry code once the unit is ready.

Please note that access to each property will only be granted on receipt of final payment.


There will be instructions in the welcome booklet inside the unit on what you should do with the keys when vacating the premises.

Non refundable Booking Policy (NRF)

You are required to pay the full amount for your stay at time of booking. This is non-refundable. Please note that you can purchase travel insurance at any time which will cover you in case of emergencies.

Flexible Booking Policy (Flexi)

You will be required to pay a $100 deposit at time of booking, with the balance due on check in day. If cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. There will be a $50 fee for all cancellations and $25 fee for all modifications.

3 of us stayed at the Beach Retreat for a week while conducting work in Eden recently. It was a fantastic property and much more economical than having to pay for 3 separate hotel rooms. The apartment has everything you could need including a very well stocked kitchen and a great BBQ space on the Balcony. The property is just around the corner from the main street if you'd rather eat at the cafe's or pubs, and a pretty easy walk to the beach (there is a bit of a hill down to the beach but not too steep)! Great property and we look forward to staying there again if we return.

Loved the place. It was spacious for 6 adults and a kid. It was very clean and we had a really comfortable stay. It's in town and not too far from the beach, very convenient. It felt like home away from home.

It was so lovely and clean,the dog was allowed inside. Great heater for this Qlder when its was cold and raining. The dog had a great time at the windswept beach. The views from the balcony were fantastic and just a short walk up the hill into town for the shops

Found this unit to be clean and well set up. 6 adults in 2 doubles and a twin. Very close to the main street of Eden, we walked easily to the Whale museum. The unit was located opposite the Tourism information office which was very useful. Friendly and helpful owners/managers. Nice beach down the road. Shower was good, handy to have a second toilet in the laundry. Good neighbours. I would recommend a stay. Nice balcony.

The property was perfectly situated - a short walk to the beach, views of the beach and a short stroll to town. Very convenient. The property has everything needed for a perfect holiday.
