Situated off the main highway in a quiet residential area, nothing will distract you from your task of becoming one with nature. Eagle Heights is the perfect based to explore all that is great about Eden and indeed the entire Sapphire Coast.

Eagle Heights Holiday Complex contains 10 x 2 bedroom fully self contained apartments. Each unit has 1 x Queen bed in the master room and 2 x single beds in the second bedroom. There is ample off-street car and boat parking. There is a large lounge/dining area, bathroom that includes washing machine and some units have clothes dryers. There is a separate toilet, flat screen TV, Austar, CD player, clock radio to both bedrooms, reverse cycle air conditioning, hair dryer, bed linen and personal towel per person, electric blankets, pillows and blankets.

The complex includes one of the largest privately owned swimming pools and a cliff top gazebo with 2 BBQs and 3 eating areas. In addition, the grounds and gardens are impressive. If you do venture off site, a 500 meter walk will see you at Eden’s Famous Wharf which is home to some of our best cafe’s.

Each unit is supplied with a starter kit of tea, coffee, milk, soap, toilet paper and kitchen detergent on your arrival.

Wireless internet is available in most units.

Please note that linen is included and there are no additional booking fees.

Use Eagle Heights as your base to explore the wonderful Sapphire Coast and all it's treasures. See the whales (in season), regular patrols of dolphins, seals and other fabulous sights from your own unit or from the absolute cliff-face vantage point. We have easy access to national parks and forests, wonderful beaches, ocean, rock, surf, estuary and lake fishing, walks, golf, lawn bowls and local highlights.

Non refundable Booking Policy (NRF)

You are required to pay the full amount for your stay at time of booking. This is non-refundable. Please note that you can purchase travel insurance at any time which will cover you in case of emergencies.

Flexible Booking Policy (Flexi)

You will be required to pay a $100 deposit at time of booking, with the balance due on check in day. If cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited. There will be a $50 fee for all cancellations and $25 fee for all modifications.

If cancelled 0 - 3 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be forfeited / If cancelled 0 - 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be forfeited / If cancelled 14 or more days before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited IMPORTANT: The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance.

If amended 0 - 1 days before arrival, a $50.00 amendment fee will be charged
