Flame Tree Villa at Rosenthal Retreat is a passive solar design with maximum style. Boasting two bedrooms - one Queen and one twin (or king, if required), a large bathroom with two person spa and open shower, separate toilet. a fully equipped kitchern, and a cosy lounge with large north facing windows, verandah to the east, and slow combustion fire place.

Awaken to birdsong in the mornings, view the Milky Way at night, relax in the spa, select from an extensive DVD library.

Rosenthal Retreat is 4 minutes drive from Milton township, with its many cafes, restaurants and trendy boutiques. Mollymook beach is only 10 minutes drive, or Didhul (Pigeon House) mountain is about 15 minutes drive and well worth the walk!

Directions

  • Turn west at the traffic lights just south of Milton township. This is Croobyar Road.
  • Follow Croobyar Road - it does some turns, and continue until you see a blue sign with PigeonHouse and Yadboro on the left. Croobyar Road turns right here. There is a FireStation on the opposite corner.
  • Continue along Croobyar Road after turning right,  for 3 km. On the left you will see a 60k speed sign and our driveway is just behind it. We are still in the process of preparing a sign, so look for 563 on the little letterbox.
  • Drive down our road and look out for the first turn to your left. Take it, it is quite steep. You will see the villa ahead of you. 
  • Go in and make yourselves at home! It is unlocked and keys are on the table.

No Smoking:

Rosenthal Retreat is a non smoking property. Please do not smoke inside the property, nor on the verandahs. If smoking in the garden, please dispose of cigarette butts in the bin. 

Check out:

Check out is 10am. Late check out may be possible by negotiation.

No Pets:

Unfortunately, Rosenthal Retreat cannot cater for pets.

Farm:

You are most welcome to walk the farm. However, if you open a gate, be sure to close it. And please be aware, that fences are electrified. Children must be supervised at all times on the farm.

No parties or Events:

Unfortunately, we cannot cater for parties or events.

"Absolutely loved it" This place was exactly what we needed to get out of the rat race. Comfy bed, and fantastically positioned spa bath to take in the view. Total serenity with no noise except the birds. We had a beautiful king parrot come to say hello too. Great and helpful communication with the owners, and despite being out of the way the cab found us easily to get out for dinner. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Nadja's place is so peaceful, a perfect farm stay escape without having to compromise on amazing amenities. Such a beautiful landscape to gaze at and the spa was very relaxing. It was so hard to leave this beautiful cozy space and have to face the bustle of the city again. Would visit 100 times over again if I could!

Wonderful location and beautiful little place! It was equipped with everything we needed for the few days we were there. The bath in particular was just wonderful with the picturesque outlook. Felt like we were miles away, yet the town and the beach so close. Thanks Nadja for the quick response when we booked only the day before arriving!
