House is not suitable for small children, due to stairs and high decks.

We are a family of 2 adults with 2 younger adults, living in the downstairs section of this Beach house
We are only too happy to assist at anytime ,having lived in the area for over 20 years,we are have great local knowledge.
Accommodation is priced for 2 but a double futon is available for an extra 2 guests at $25 per guest per night.

There isn't enough space to write all the good things I have to say about Refuge Cove and it's owners. The spacious apartment slept all 6 of us comfortably (2 couples and my brother and sister) for 2 weeks. Apartment is modern, comfortable and clean. The views are out of this world. Complete with BBQ and outdoor dining area, we really didn't need to go anywhere! Just a perfect spot to get away from it all and have a proper holiday. Taylor's point (just roll down the hill and you're there) proved gorgeous and peaceful for a morning swim. Plenty of lovely scenery to walk around if you like to get the heart racing, otherwise there is a local bus that does regular trips from just outside the door to the lovely little village that is Avalon. Robyn and Ian (the owners) were accommodating from the outset as I added additional guests by the day! They even bought a single bed each to sleep my brother and sister. Always at hand to answer your questions with a smile, they really couldn't do enough for us. After a fantastic 2 weeks we were all sad to say goodbye to our new found friends and really hope to return one day. I would recommend hiring a car if you wanted to explore the Northern beaches or even better get a boat! If I could give Refuge more than 5 stars then I would! As we say in Wales, Ardderchog!

My husband and I stayed at Refuge Cove as part of his 40th birthday present. This property exceeded our expectations. All areas of the spacious apartment were extremely clean, fresh and modern. Had a lovely break @ Refuge. Ian helped us with our luggage ,which was very much appreciated and welcomed us on arrival. Every amenity was there- holiday decor was very modern and airy and the privacy was appreciated.
