This superior beach front Jervis Bay accommodation offers panoramic 270 degree views over Callala Beach and Jervis Bay and is only 50 metres from the beach. Watching the occassional whale, resident dolphins and boats from the wrap around balcony is just one of many activities you can enjoy while at the Bay.

The sheltered, white sandy beaches of Jervis Bay provide safe swimming, especially for families with young children and those who prefer calm salt water swimming to the big surf. There is nothing between you and the beach other than a safe, sealed road and a nature strip!

Callala Beach Front is perfect for families seeking a comfortable, relaxing getaway just a short distance from Sydney or Canberra. Well behaved dogs are welcome to stay subject to a few small requirements and conditions. So that we can continue to protect the native birds that visit our garden, we regret that cats are not permitted.

Enjoy a relaxing drink on the beach, swim, fish, take a leisurely walk on the dog friendly beach, play tennis, cycle or just kick back. However you choose to enjoy your visit to this lovely natural gem, you are sure to have a relaxing time at Callala Beachfront. Enjoy discounts offered to our guests by a number of local attractions including 20% off dolphin and whale watching tours!

Relax at one of a couple of restaurants only a short walk away. Enjoy a coffee at the local take away or the Paddle Cafe only a few minutes walk from the house. It is easy to relax and let someone else do the hard work for you. Supermarkets are easy to access with an excellent IGA just five minutes away and a modern Woolworths supermarket less than 15 minutes away at Culburra Beach, which has cafes and a medical centre if needed.

And now for the bits we wish we didn't have to say:

Our house is located in a quiet residential area and we've had to implement a clear no-party policy. We do not offer the house as a 'party house' and your bond can be cancelled for excessive noise, especially after 10pm at night.

The bond will also be retained if we recieve reports of more than 8 guests after 10pm. Unfortunately, a number of previous guests have made these restrictions necessary and we apologise if you are unable to meet these requirements.

We support #take3forthesea and ask that each time you visit the beach you try to bring back three prices of litter and place in our bins. Although Callala Beach is pristine, unfortunately litter is washed up occasionally and we can help marine life and nature if we 'take 3 for the sea'

The house offers:

Callala Beach Front is a modern two storey 3 bedroom house located on beautiful Jervis Bay NSW. It has modern furnishings and is a fully equipped holiday home which comfortably sleeps eight in three bedrooms. Two bathrooms and a games area are complemented by wide front and rear decks and a pet friendly secure yard.

Once you've finished relaxing on the pure white sands of Callala Beach or enjoying the gorgeous crystal clear water of beautiful Jervis Bay, switch on the LG Sound Bar and stream your music (Bluetooth, USB or cable) or enjoy the wide screen 126cm (50") LED TV with Blu-Ray player (also plays DVD's). Downstairs the kids can enjoy another wall-mounted flat screen digital TV, DVD player and X-Box 360 console (2 controllers). We also offer free unlimited wifi for all guests.

There is a supply of DVD's, great family games (Jenga, Scrabble, Rush Hour, Memory), beach toys, a kayak with life vest, a couple of fishing rods, beach cricket set, boogy boards, a very popular table tennis table and a good supply of books - the diverse range selected for short or long stays. We have some excellent books and guides on beach-combing and natural heritage as well.

The house is light, airy, comfortable and modern with quality furnishings and fittings. The comfortable six seat outdoor table setting and gas BBQ on the front deck with panoramic views of the Bay is matched with a huge eight seat outdoor table setting on the back deck, complemented by another BBQ and large cafe-style umbrella providing plenty of shade.

The modern kitchen with everything you need to whip up a snack or cook a gourmet meal, has lovely 270 degree views over the deck and Bay. Enjoy the same panoramic views from the 8 seat Tasmanian Oak dining setting adjoining the kitchen. A huge 520 litre fridge can easily hold a weeks worth of supplies.

Bedrooms and bathrooms:

Upstairs are two comfortable queen bed rooms with direct access to the side or back decks through large sliding doors. Open, light, airy and fresh, these bedrooms are complemented by a spacious bathroom. Built-in wardrobes in both rooms have plenty of space and there you'll find extra blankets, pillows, electric blankets and heaters for those times of year when the Bay can be cool. Air conditioning is now complemented by ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Downstairs is a kids delight with bedding for up to four. A trilogy bed (double and single) is complimented by a single bunk bed (2 singles). There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet adjoining the laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities.

The bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen digital TV with an Xbox 360 game console with 2 controllers and small selection of popular games. The wardrobes offers plenty of room and are supplied with extra blankets, donnas, pillows, games and children's books.

The sleeping arrangements offer good flexibility and a number of options. The house is very well suited to two families sleeping up to eight people in comfort.

Please note that your bond will be forfeited if more than eight (8) guests are present on the property after 10pm.

"Quiet coastal village on beautiful Jervis Bay" Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay. Beachfront is a well-stocked comfortable family holiday home in a quiet location opposite a secluded white sandy bay beach. Would like to return for a longer stay.

"I’ll be back" Great place to stay right opposite the beach. Short walk to the sand.Beautiful views of the bay from front balcony. Enclosed private backyard which is ideal for kids and dogs. Very well set up house with every thing you could need for beach, entertainment or preparing meals. Very thoughtful owner who has thought of everything you could need. Despite a weekend of rain and gales it was a really comfortable place to stay. Can’t wait to return.

"Lovely house, helpful owners, great location" We only had one night here but I wish it was longer. The beds were comfortable and the wrap around balcony was fantastic for afternoon cups of tea and basking in the sunshine. The backyard was all fenced in and a perfect size for our dog. I highly recommend this property and hope to be back in the future.

"Fantastic beach holiday" We spent a fabulous weekend at Callala beachfront. Heaps of room for our family of four and our furry family member! It was great being able to bring our dog along and allow her to run freely on the beach. Fantastic location opposite the beach, fell asleep to the sound of the waves. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Well equipped for the kids with xbox, table tennis, games, bikes, paddle boards...the list goes on. Great communication with the owner would certainly stay there again.

"Wonderful stay in a great property" This is a beautiful and well maintained property within a minute's walk to the beach. The view from the living area out to the bay is great. The house itself is modern although the bathrooms could probably use a bit of a retouch to match the rest of the house. Other than that the bedrooms are very comfortable and it is wonderful to be able to fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Everything you could need is provided and the communication from the owners is very professional and efficient. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!
