Living & Dining
Spacious and airy, the open plan living and dining space at Clique 2 features polished timber floors, high ceilings and ample windows for lots of natural light. Three sofas beckon - read your holiday book or relax with your choice of streaming service, with complimentary wi-fi. Reverse cycle air con in the living room will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. Share meals at an 8 seat dining suite, just off the kitchen area.

Creating culinary delights is easy at the stunning, modern kitchen in Clique 2. Bright and spacious, the cooking space features top of the range stainless steel appliances, with island bench and seating for 4.

Plush carpets and luxurious soft furnishing welcome guests in the sleeping space.

  • Master (mezzanine level): 1 x king bed with ensuite
  • Bedroom 2 (mezzanine level): 2 x single beds (cannot be added together) with ceiling fan
  • Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 2 x single beds (cannot be added together) with ceiling fan
  • Bedroom 4 (upstairs): 1 x queen bed with ceiling fan

Clique 2 has 2 full bathrooms with a marble look interior. The main, shared bathroom features a shower, vanity and deep freestanding bath, the ensuite has a shower and vanity and there is a separate toilet downstairs. 

Outdoor & Pool
Soak up the holiday sun on Clique 2’s timber decked outdoor space with outdoor dining and BBQ and swim in the private plunge pool, framed by landscaped gardens.

Clique 2 has a double lock up garage with parking for 1 x large car or 2 x small cars. Please note parking in the garage is tight and there is no on street parking available.

Located in one of Byron’s most premier streets, Clique 2 is conveniently close to everything, with Main Beach only a few moments walk away, as well as Byron Bay town. Enjoy world-class surf, shopping, dining, live music, markets and attractions all at your doorstep from Clique 2.

Suitable Booking Groups
With 4 big bedrooms and a central location close to beach and town, Clique 2 is perfect for families or couples away with friends. For a larger group, Clique 1 and Clique 3 may also be rented (subject to availability) for added convenience.

Terms & conditions

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance. For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact our office.
