The Byron Blisshouses offers multiple accommodation options directly across the road from the beach at Belongil Beach. Great for extended families and friends wanting to stay together but also have their own separate space. Book the Blisshouse Penthouse, the Blisshouse Garden Villa and the Blisshouse Studio together and accommodate up to 14 family and friends.

Blisshouse Studio

This recently refurbished studio has been fitted out with quality modern appliances and furniture. Located right across the road from Belongil Beach you can be as lazy as you please or walk into town via the beach and spend hours of retail therapy....

The studio has a plush king size bed with superior bedding making it cosy for those nights in watching a DVD. The bathroom has a full marble shower room and separate toilet & vanity area.

The kitchen offers basic cooking facilties... but why cook when you have a famous Treehouse resturant right next door.... they have wonderful wood fired pizzas and a great vibe. Belongil Bistro, just a few doors down, offer great breakfasts and coffee.

The studio has a small grassed fenced courtyard area with hot and cold outdoor shower - convenient for rinsing off after the beach. A BBQ is supplied for your cooking enjoyment.

The Studio can accommodate 2 guests, however for larger groups you can also book the whole complex accommodating up to 14 guests making this a perfect location for wedding parties or families holidaying together

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellation
Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise
Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT

The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance.For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact:Garth Brien
