Designed for a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle, the open-plan living area has floor-to-ceiling windows and fully opening doors onto the generous furnished deck. A sofa and armchairs are arranged around the TV which provides both Foxtel and Netflix for guest relaxation and entertainment. The breakfast/dining area adjoins the kitchen and has a wooden table and chairs for family dining. There is an additional sofa and TV in the bunk bedroom. Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you cool throughout the steamy summer months.

The galley kitchen is modern and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including commercial espresso machine, oven, hob and extractor, microwave, dishwasher and family-sized fridge-freezer.

A laundry with family sized washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is located next to the kitchen.

1 bedroom has ceiling fans and the master and third bunk room have air conditioning and TV's. They share the family bathroom which has a walk-in shower (no bath) and separate toilet. There’s an additional outdoor hot/cold shower.

Banjo’s on Paterson has two outdoor areas for guest relaxation. Enjoy the private courtyard garden and outdoor deck with comfy sofa beneath the shady pergola. The north-facing back deck offers al fresco dining at the table for 6.

An outdoor hot and cold water shower is also provided for guest convenience - perfect for rinsing off sandy bodies and surfboards after a day at the beach.

There is off-street parking for one car located in front of the apartment (no garage or carport available).

Banjo’s on Paterson is at the sought-after east end of the street, just 2 minutes’ walk from beautiful Clarkes Beach and close to The Pass and Tallows Beach. This prime Byron Bay holiday rental is equally convenient for walking to local cafés, an iconic part of this beach town. Casual dining and awesome breakfasts at The Beach Café and the Top Shop are a must!

Hike to the landmark lighthouse along the 3.7km Lighthouse Loop for stunning clifftop views from Cape Byron Headland, the most easterly point of mainland Australia. It’s the perfect place for spotting humpback whales navigating up and down the coast between May and October. Wildlife lovers can spend the day exploring nearby national parks including Arakwal National Park which is known for its birdlife.

Terms & conditions

A $1000 Security Deposit is required prior to check in.

Cancellations will result in a loss of your deposit OR full payment should this have occurred. We will endeavour to rebook your dates if at all possible. If we can rebook your dates for the same rate then we will refund you your deposit less a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card. If we need to discount to rebook your dates then we will refund your deposit less the difference between the rates and a $100 cancellation fee and credit card fees if you paid by credit card.

Extra Fees
A $55 non refundable Booking Fee applies to all bookings.

Inappropriate Bookings and Schoolies
As a duty of care to our properties the management reserves the right to refuse any bookings that we feel may be inappropriate or fall across the Schoolies dates.

Christmas and New Year Bookings
If you're booking covers both Christmas Day and New Years Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.

Noise/Functions/parties - Excessive noise and functions are not permitted as they can cause disruption to neighbours. A security company may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour incurring up to $200 charge for call out, which is taken from the security deposit. After one warning guests may be evicted from the premises by security with loss of rent and bond. If an unauthorized function is held at the property then your whole bond will be retained.

IMPORTANT The apartment/holiday house you have booked is privately owned and managed offsite. This means that it is not managed or associated with the onsite management. Therefore the onsite management will have no record of your booking, and will not be responsible to attend to you when checking in or checking out or offer any assistance. For check in and during your stay, if you require assistance you must contact our office.




"Fabulous house exactly like the photos" Clarke's beach is beautiful. Lunch at the farm was fantastic. The house was fabulous and we loved the luxurious interior design and features - it looks exactly like the photos. The coffee machine was great!



"Everything one could need" My family have recently enjoyed a week in Banjo's on Paterson which was wonderful, beautifully furnished and everything one could need on a beach holiday supplied.
