Description

Jetz Bungalow is a unique two-storey chalet situated in the rear of our own residence.

It is private with its own access and very close to Berrara Lagoon and Berrara Beach, easy walking distance.

The smart bungalow has a full kitchen, and separate bathroom. There is also the use of outdoor kitchen, BBQ and outside fireplace on cooler nights.

The spacious bedroom upstairs has a large king bed, ceiling fan, new carpet and water glimpses through to the Lagoon.

There is also a queen bed downstairs (suitable for kids or extra person). 

The living area is very comfortable with LED LCD TV, dining area and the spare queenbed.

Outside deck for brekky in the sun, or sitting relaxing with that book or favourite drink,

We are happy for guests to utilise our herbs and garden delights in season.

Even though you will be residing in the back yard, you also have the use of this large area.

Kangaroos are abundant in our area, which is surrounded by National Park, varied bird life and native animals.

Jetz Bungalow is always kept neat and tidy, with fresh linen and towels for your use as well as basic food stuffs.

Guests and visitors must refrain from anti-social behaviour and comply with the Owners or staff during their stay and notify Owners of any disputes or complaints as soon as practicable

1.5     NOISE AND RESIDENTIAL AMENITY

Guests and visitors must not create noise which is offensive to Owners, neighbours, the community throughout the occupancy.

Offensive noise is prohibited any may result in

      i.  termination of permission to occupy “JETZ BUNGALOW”

     ii.  eviction

     iii.  loss of rental paid and/or bond

     iv. extra charges for security and other expenses 

Guests and visitors must abide by any noise abatement conditions, standards and orders issued by police or any regulatory authority to minimise impacts upon the residential amenity of neighbours and community.
